In the leakage detection support device 20, the leakage line and the leakage equipment are specified in the short time by the reduced number of leakage detecting sensors, since a leakage detection signal, and a temperature and the substance characteristic detected by the leakage detecting sensor can be comparison-judged with the process information and the transfer line, by transfer determination means D1, and since the leakage line and the leakage equipment having the risk of generating leakage can be specified by a leakage equipment specifying means D2, and a space and a cost are reduced by the reduced number of the leakage detecting sensors.
