The metal plate is slidable between a first position where the metal plate is stored in the casing and a second position where the metal plate is protruded to the outside of the casing through the opening, and also includes an end part exposed to the outside of the casing when the metal plate is slid to the second position. A hole to which the lock device is connected is formed in the end part of the metal plate.
