    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently pulverize waste including metal without generating an inclusion phenomenon or the like by mounting a rotated file which scrapes off the waste to be treated while coming in contact with the bottom of the waste to be treated which is to be pulverized and a driving means for rotating the file on this pulverizing device. SOLUTION: This pulverizing device is provided with a hopper 3 storing a waste 2 to be treated above a vertically long case 1 and a rotated cylindrical file 4 below the hopper 3 as a pulverizing means. A motor 5 is provided as a rotary driving means for rotating the cylindrical file 4. The cylindrical file 4 has a number of claw 15 on its outer peripheral surface 4a and the claw 15 comes in contact with the bottom of the waste 2 to be treated to scrape off the waste 2 to be treated. The projecting height c of the claw 15 is specified to be 0.1 to 10 mm. The outer peripheral surface 4a of the cylindrical file 4 or the claw 15 is made of sintered hard alloy. By thus utilizing the rotated cylindrical file 4 as a pulverizing means, the waste 2 to be treated which contains metal can be finely scraped off as if radish were grated.

    • PURPOSE:To separate and collect uranium, plutonium and useful platinum group elements efficiently by washing purified sludge generated in purifying process with washing liquid including nitric oxidizing agent and heating then to collect ruthenium evaporated and then separating and collecting useful material out of the mashing liquid. CONSTITUTION:Pure sludge 2 generating in the purification process 1 is washed with a washing material including nitric oxidizing agent to solve uranium and plutonium in the washing liquid and this washing liquid is plated to evaporate and recover ruthenium. By way of filtering process 5, the washing liquid 6 is sent to an extraction process 7. Out of the sludge a molybden and technetium are separated and recovered 11. Then out of the solution cadmium liquid. Rhodium is separated and collected 13. Besides, paradium is separated and collected 15 out of the solution cadmium liquid. Finally the sludge in which only unnecessary materials are left is recovered by glassification.

    • PURPOSE:To mold a complicated structural body with a specified thickness, by holding a plastic resin added to a reinforcing fiber between an inner mold and an outer mold having different linear expansion coefficient each other, and pressing it under heating. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg material 12 wherein a plastic resin is added to a tape base material and it is semi-cured is wound in a plurality of layers with a specified thickness on the outer circumferencial surface of an inner mold 10. An outer mold 13 is placed outside them and the prepreg material 12 is thereby held between both molds. When the prepreg material 12 is heated in an over, since the inner mold 10 has larger linear expansion coefficient than that of the outer mold 13, the inner mold 10 makes larger expansion to expand outside. In this case, on both ends of the inner mold 10 in its axial direction, fixing devices 14 having the same linear expansion coefficient as that of the outer mold 13 are set. The inner mold 10 thereby expands toward the outer mold 13 while the expansion of the inner mold 10 in the axial direction is being restricted. The plastic resin thereby receives a uniform compressing pressure from the inside to the outside like this, and at the same time is heated, treated and cured to make it possible to carry out a uniform press-molding on a complicated structural body.

    • PURPOSE:To jointly use both shearing damping force and sqeezing effects by providing annualr grooves at both a part which belongs to a moving body and moreover faces the first base and at least one side of the first base part. CONSTITUTION:In a moving body 24, a minute clearance Q is formed between the bottom surface of the moving body 24 and the first base 22, while a minute clearange R is formed between the surroundings of the moving body 24 and the second base 23. Shearing damping force is exhibited through the minute clearance Q, while squeezing effects are displayed through the minute clearance R, thus giving joint functions for restricting vibration. The moving body 24 is provided on itsbottom surface and at a place relatively close to its periphery, with an annular groove 25. It is also provided, in its circumferential direction, with a plurality of deairing holes connecting the bottom part of this annular groove 25 and the upper face of the moving body 24.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of self-exciting vibration by providing dampers to the upper and lower surfaces of the nonrevolving disk provided in a bearing fixing part so that the disk is located between both dampers and has gaps to each damper. CONSTITUTION:The upper damper 24 is provided on the inner surface of the upper member 7 of the housing 4 surrounding the driving part 2 provided on a slab 1, and the lower damper 25 is provided on the flange 10b of a spherical pedestal 10 fixed on the flange 5a in the lower member 5. These upper and lower dampers 24, 25 are so located that the nonrevolving disk 12a of a bearing cylinder 12 is inserted between the dampers with the gaps to each damper. When the gap l2 between the top end of the nonrevolving disk 12a and the upper and lower dampers 24, 25 is set due to the value calculated by the specified equation, the top end of the nonrevolving disk 12a is brought earlier into contact with the upper and lower dampers 24, 25 than a revolving shaft 9 so that the vibration is restrained without generating unstable vibration as the revolving shaft 9 is not brought into contact, and a stable revolving state is early obtained.
