    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin casting apparatus that can adjust both viscosities of a base component and a curing agent equally to each other to mix them uniformly in a short time.SOLUTION: The resin casting apparatus includes: a base component storage tank 1 for storing the base component of an epoxy resin; a curing agent storage tank 2 for storing the curing agent; a base component measurement tank 5 that is connected to the base component storage tank 1 through a base component pipe 6 and measures a predetermined amount of the base component; a curing agent measurement tank 8 that is connected to the curing agent storage tank 2 through a curing agent pipe 9 and measures a predetermined amount of the curing agent; a mixing tank 11 connected to the base component measurement tank 5 and the curing agent measurement tank 8; and a resin casting die 13 connected to the mixing tank 11. In the resin casting apparatus, heaters 3, 4 are respectively provided in the base component storage tank 1 and the curing agent storage tank 2 so as to raise a resin temperature of the base component higher than that of the curing agent.

The grounding layers 3 are multi-layered by over-coating conductive paints with different dilution rates. The ratio of conductivity is to be higher and the conductivity is to be improved as the layers become closer to the insulating layer 2, and the smoothness and air tightness are to be improved as the layers become closer to the surface.
