    • PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the subject rotor by a method wherein a heat- resisting and water-soluble spacing plates, having the same section as laminating cores and the same thickness as an air duct, is arranged between the laminating cores and after a conductor has been cast, the spacing plates are removed by dissolution. CONSTITUTION:The spacing plates 4, having the same thickness as the air duct of a rotor core 1 and slot holes 3 of the same shape located at the same position as slots 2 on the rotor core 1, is formed using a heat-resisting (above the aluminum fusing temperature) and water-soluble material such as plaster, for example, and the spacing plates 4 are placed at the position where the air ducts will be formed when the laminating work of the rotor core 1 is performed. Then, a conductor 6 is formed in the slots 2 by casting aluminum and after the conductor has been hardened, the entire rotor is soaked in the water and the water-soluble plates 4 are melted and eluted.

    • PURPOSE:To form a voidless insulating layer by removing a core and a winding from an immersing tank, and then thermosetting in liquid having large surface tension and large specific weight, thereby suppressing the flowout of the thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:After thermosetting resin is filled in a winding 2 to immerse the winding, a core 1 and a winding 2 are contained in a heating tank 3 in which a low temperature solder 4 is filled so that the entire core 1 and winding 2 are contained in the solder 4. Then, the tank 3 is heated in a heating furnace 5 to cure the resin, thereby completing the insulation of the winding 2.
