    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time until the completion of accident restorations after the occurrence of a preceding accident when multiple accidents have occurred in a distribution system. SOLUTION: A supervisory and control system for the distribution system includes: an input device 17 -1 ; an accident detecting means 17a; an accident-section detecting means 17b; a decision means 17c for a versatility object section from other feeders; a versatility operating-procedure preparation means 17d; and a versatility operating-procedure carrying-out means 17e. In the supervisory control system for the distribution system, when the multiple accidents have occurred, the occurrence of the overload of a subsequent accident feeder due to the overlap of a versatility-origin feeder (containing a pileup collision feeder) is prevented on condition of a non-overlap of a range up to the pileup collision subject feeder of the subsequent accident feeder with the range up to the pileup collision subject object feeder of a preceding accident feeder in the versatility operating-procedure preparation means 17d, and each versatility operating procedure to a plurality of accidents is prepared and carried out simultaneously in parallel.     • PURPOSE:To prevent a system from being operated in error, by storing a once-received state change information to command the return of a repeated state change information, and by discriminating that the informations are real state change informations, at the only time of the coincidence. CONSTITUTION:A distributing system supervisory controller 1 is composed of a remote section supervisory parent-station 2 and a state change storing section 1a. The parent station 2 consists of a processing section 2a and a transmitting or receiving section 2b, and a state change information generated on each pole high-tension switch is received by the transmitting or receiving section 2b of said parent station 2 via the sub station of the remote section supervision and a communication line C1, and signal one information exchange is executed, and the information is processed by the processing section 2a. In this case, the received information from said sub station is once stored in the state change storing section 1a. When the information is received, then state transmission is required to the sub station. In the meantime, the input of the state of the pole high-tension switch, to the sub station to which the state transmission is required by the parent station 2, is provided, and in the same manner as mentioned above, the information is transmitted to the parent station 2, and at the only time of the coincidence of both the informations, they are treated as real state change informations.
