    • PURPOSE: To manufacture a wire rod of the superior secondary working and of relatively large wire diameter by hammering or rolling a sintered body of high melting point metallic material, performing recrystallization on the way properly ad wire drawing.
      CONSTITUTION: A sintered body of a high welting point metallic material W and the like is hammered, rolled and wire drawn sequently. At the manufacture of a wire rod of more than 1mm in diameter, the crystallization treatment is performed at 50W60% reduction on the way of hammering and rolling so that the number of crystal grain per 1cm
      2 section of the sintered body may be more than 2,500. In the next wire drawing, the reduction is preferably ≥25% and ≤45% per a drawing. Thus, the wire rod of relatively large diameter, sufficient ductility, good bending which never occurs the folding in the secondary working such as drawing can be obtained with high yield.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce transmission lines between a receiver and a retransmitter by sending the batch multi-tuning signal of radio waves broadcasted from respective stations to a branch filter part, converting the frequency, amplifying the power, mixing those signals and broadcasting a weak radio wave area from an antenna. CONSTITUTION:A rebroadcasting device 30 receives the FM or AM broadcasting radio waves of plural channels from an antenna 14. Those broadcasting signals are inputted through a filter 32 and a high frequency amplifier part 33 to a multituning part 34 and multi-tuned with broadcasting signals f1, f2.... These broadcasting signals f1, f2... are converted to broadcasting signals F1a, F2a... of an intermediate frequency component by a frequency conversion part 35 and turned to broadcasting signals F1b, F2b... enlarged by an elarging part 37. These broadcasting signals are sent through a single transmission line 38 to retransmitters 19a, 19b..., the frequency of the respective broadcasting signals is converted, and power is amplified. These broadcasting signal returned to the original broadcasting signals are sent to a mixing part 20 and sent to a transmission antenna 13 as mixed signals, and the weak areas are broadcasted. Thus, the transmission lines connecting the reception part and the retransmission part are reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the electrical connection of a ground electrode and a top face electrode by forming a first trench, which does not reach up to the surface from the rear of a substrate, shaping a metallic layer onto the whole surface of the rear including the first trench and forming a second trench reaching the surface of the substrate narrower in width than that of the first trench in the first trench. CONSTITUTION:The surface side of a high dielectric-constant substrate 101 is bonded with a support board 104 such as an silicon substrate with wax 105, and a first trench 11, which does not reach the surface from the rear side of the substrate, is shaped by a blade dicing saw, etc., in 80mum depth and 100mum width. For form an electrode for grounding onto a side face and an underside, nichrome in 1000Angstrom and gold in 10000Angstrom are evaporated through a planetarium system, and the electrode 12 for grounding is shaped onto the side face and the underside. A second trench 21 reaching the surface of the substrate is formed into the first trench 11, in which the electrode for grounding on the side face and the underside is shaped, in 120mum depth and 70mum width. Wax 105 is melted and removed, and the substrate is separated from the support board 104, thus acquiring each chip capacitor.

Since the master station equipment 111 performs simultaneous multiple address communication, communication can be performed in a short time, and it is possible to prevent inconvenience such as no transmission of data to a part of slave stations due to the fault of the master station equipment from being generated.
