CONSTITUTION:The ink storage part 2 is made of plastic and has a connection hole 2a projected, and the pen chip part 3 has a connection hole 3a projected. The connection hole 2a of the storage part 2 and the connection hole 3a of the pen chip part 3 are connected by a flexible part 4 composed of a rubber tube. Then an ink-impregnated body 5 made of a porous material is stored in the internal space from in the storage part 2 to the tip of the pen chip part 3 and is impregnated with ink. This pen 1 for the depressor bar type recorder which is thus constituted has the pen chip part 3 oscillated about the storage part 2, so the storage part 2 is fixed and only the pen chip part 3 is moved up and down by the printing mechanism to perform printing operation. For the purpose, the capacity of the storage part 2 is increased to prolong the ink life without increasing the load on the printing mechanism.

CONSTITUTION:At the recording time in each set period, a chart feeding motor 5 is stopped to stop a recording paper 7. A printing part 13 is moved to the position corresponding to the value of the analog signal of a first channel, and a dotting pen 9 selected as the pen for the first channel is lowered to record the analog signal of the first channel on the recording paper 7 by dotting. In the same manner, analog signals of second to last channels are successively recorded on the recording paper 7 by dotting. After they are recorded by dotting, pens 9 are kept raised, and the motor 5 is reversed to feed back the recording paper 7 by a distance L between the dotting position of pens 9 and the printing position of a thermal head 8 and is stopped. Thus, the recorded part of the recording paper 7 is returned to the printing position of the head 8.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the movement quantity of a carriage and to prolong the life by performing control so that the carriage moves to a printing position directly from a last printing position. CONSTITUTION:The carriage 4 mounts a printing mechanism which records an analog signal on recording paper and is moved by a carriage moving mechanism in the width direction of the recording paper 14. For example, when an input signal has six channels, the carriage 4 starts at a 0% position in a printing cycle, moves to a position corresponding to the input signal value of a 1st channel to print a dot, then starts at the position after the printing and moves to a printing position of a 2nd channel to print a dot. Similarly, dot printing is carried out up to a 6th channel and the carriage stops at the position when the printing of the 6th channel is completed, and stays until a next printing cycle. In the next printing cycle, the carriage starts at the stop position to print dots of the respective channels. Home position detection is performed after said dot recording is performed, for example, five times to reduce the movement quantity of the carriage greatly.

    • PURPOSE:To move a switch display panel to an intended position and to set the panel by providing a position fixing means which changes the setting position of the switch display panel from the lower part to the upper part of the front end of a recorder and can set the position at the front end. CONSTITUTION:The lower side edge of a guide bar 8 is hooked to a plurality of panel fixing projections 10. A plurality of the panel fixing projections 10 are provided at the outer surfaces of the vicinities of the front ends of case side plates 1 and 1. The uppermost projection among the projections 10 corresponds to the case when a switch display panel 4 is fixed to the upper position indicated by two-dot chain lines. The lowermost projection corresponds to the case when the panel 4 is fixed to the lower position indicated by solid lines. The other projections fix the panel at the intermediate positions. A supporting shaft 7, the guide bar 8, headed pins 9 and the projections 10 constitute a position fixing means. As a result, the panel 4 can be moved to the intended positions from the lower part to the upper part of the front end of the recorder and fixed by a simple operation. Therefore, the panel 4 can be simply moved to the non-hindering position in response to respective purpose, and troublesome or time-consuming defects can be resolved.
