    • PURPOSE:To provide a fuel cell ventilating device of such a structure as capable of keeping the differential pressure between two compartments continuously to the specified value set previsouly, as allowing a combustible gas to intrude from the combustible gas reactor accommodating compartment into the communication apparatus accommodating compartment, and thereby removing such inconvenience as touching the communication apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Inside of an enclosure 1 is partitioned by a bulkhead 2 into a communication apparatus accommodating compartment 4 and a combustible gas reactor accommodating compartment 6. The communication apparatus accommodating compartment 4 is fitted with an air suction filter 7A and ventilation fan 8A while the combustible gas reactor accommodating compartment 6 is equipped with another air filter 7B and ventilation fan 8B. The bulkhead 2 is furnished with an opening 9 and fitted with a differential pressure adjusting damper 10 composed of a mounting frame 11, a damper plate 13 movably installed thereon 11 through a degree-of-opening adjusting stud 12, and a spring for adjusting the position of the damper plate 13.

    • PURPOSE:To make flushing work effective and to maintain the performance of electric apparatus by circulating pure water which is obtained by passing through heated water for cooling through a filter and an ion exchange resin with a pump to a cooling water system of an electric apparatus and feeding it. CONSTITUTION:In an operation preparatory process on the completion of field piping work or after repair and inspection, pieces of apparatus are connected by piping and an object cooling water system of an electric apparatus is connected by temporary piping 7 and a heater 2c is operated to heat water in the system at a temp. of about 80 deg.C. In the heating process, a pump 4 is operated and the water is circulated through the system by a route from a water tank with the heater 2 a filter 3 the pump 4 a filter/ion exchange resin cartridge 5 a water flow switching valve 6 the temporary piping 7 the cooling water system the temporary piping 7 the water flow switching valve 6 a connecting port 2f of the water tank with the hearer 2. The water flow switching valve 6 is switched to alternately repeat flushing in the forward and backward directions and the flushing is continued until the indication of a conductivity meter 8 reaches a prescribed value.

    • PURPOSE:To smoothly execute joint restoration job of both compartments. CONSTITUTION:A box space 12 is installed in a combustible gas reactor housing compartment 1A and an electricity transmission equipment housing compartment 1B to arrange a level control/material member for controlling an installation level, and a concrete foundation 3 for arranging a level control material member which controls the installing level of both compartments is installed. The level control material member consists of an anchor bolt 8 for a packer, having a specified fixing length, fixed to a plate-shaped packer 6 having a flat surface on the upper surface, and an hole-in anchor previously embedded in the box space 12. When the upper surface of the packer 6 is controlled with a level instrument in a specified accuracy, the anchor bolt 8 for packer and the hole-in anchor 9 are temporarily fixed, and then fixed. Concrete is filled in the box space 12, then a sealing plate with elasticity for ventilation sealing is placed on the concrete foundation 3, and thereafter both compartments are installed.
