At the same time, an air-supply fan 44 is rotated, and outdoor air is sucked into an air-supply casing 21 through the opening part for air-supply of a body frame 14 from an air supply duct and is discharged into the room 11 through an air-supply vent 17. In this case, the opening part 14v for exhaust and the opening part for air-supply are arranged at the same height, thus reducing the height of a device. In addition, the exhaust fan 40 and the air-supply fan 44 are arranged at upper and lower stages, thus reducing the width in a horizontal direction of the device.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an indoor wall from being soiled, and at the same time to prevent noise as far as possible from being generated when rotating a fan for exhaust and a fan for supplying air. SOLUTION: A fan 13 for exhaust is provided in the shaft of a motor 12 being provided in a body frame 4, and a fan 14 for supplying air is provided on the outerperiphery surface of a cylindrical part 16 being provided at the outer-periphery part of the fan 13 for exhaust. At this time, the position of the center of gravity of the fan 13 for exhaust is allowed to coincide with that of the fan 14 for supplying air. When the fan 13 for exhaust is rotated, air in a room 2 is sucked into exhaust paths A1 and A2 via the bell mouth part 7 for exhaust and is discharged to the outside of a room 3. When the fan 14 for supplying air is rotated, air outside the room 3 is sucked into suction air paths B1 and B2 and is supplied to the inside of the room 2 via the air supply port 8.

CONSTITUTION:A magnetron 9 and a catalyst heating heater 14 are alternately and intermittently driven, and at the same time a gas discharge motor 24 rotates at a high speed or at a low speed synchronously with this action. Then the magnetron 9 operates and heats garbages such as raw wastes, etc., in the incinerator 2 by high frequency while the catalyst-heating heater 14 is stopped, and at the same time a fan 22 for gas-discharge rotates at a low speed to discharge a small amount of discharge gas. Further, when the magnetron 9 stops and the catalyst-heating heater 14 is in operation, deodorizing is promoted by heating an oxidation catalyst15 by means of the catalyst-heating heater 14, and the fan 22 is rotated at a high speed to discharge a large amount of discharge gas alternately synchronously with the action of an output switch 66 and a velocity change-over switch 65. With this arrangement the life of the magnetron is made longer and its damage is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To exchange sufficiently heat through the whole range of the main plate and improve the efficiency thereof by the method wherein at one side of the main plate of the first fan, the fluid is sent from its center side to its outer periphery side, in addition, at the other side of this main plate the fluid is sent from the outer periphery side to the center side. CONSTITUTION:When the first and the second fans 2, 10 are rotated, by the use of the first fan 2 a heated air stream in a drum is sucked from a suction port 7 into a flowing path 5 through a passage of the arrow mark A and is sent to the outer periphery side, then it is delivered from a outlet 8 to return into the drum. Further in a passage 6, the hot air stream is sent from the center side to the outer periphery side, therefore, the pressure at a opening part between a plate terminal unit 14 and a boss unit 11 becomes negative. By the effect of this negative pressure, as indicated in the arrow mark B an open air with a low temperature is sucked from a suction port 17 and passing along a main plate 3 to the center side, subsequently the air is passed through the fan blade 13 and is delivered from a outlet port 18. With this flow movement process, the heated air and the open cold air are exchanged in heat through the main plate 3. Therefore, it is possible to obtain surely a temperature difference between the heated air and the open air at the respective sides of the center and the outer periphery, thereby, a sufficient heat exchanging performance is obtainable over the whole range of the main plate 3, which contributes to improvement of the heat exchanging efficiency.
