摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter that is small in pressure loss, can keep high air permeability for a long period of time, and improved in fine-particle collecting efficiency, by using a melt blow nonwoven fabric as filter cloth, and using a spunbonded nonwoven fabric as a support thereof. SOLUTION: As a filter cloth, a melt blow nonwoven fabric, whose pore size can be easily made smaller, is used. And, in view of weight, manufacturing efficiency, and cost, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric of 100 cc/cm sec or larger is used as a supporting material. A spunbond nonwoven fabric is superposed on one side of a melt blow nonwoven fabric to reinforce it. Thus air cleaning of factories, living rooms, etc., can be performed at a high air flow rate and fine particles can be collected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the service life of a filter unit by protecting a main filter with a sheet having an ultraviolet shielding function to improve the ultraviolet durability of the main filter in the filter unit having a filter formed from polypropylene as a base material. SOLUTION: The filter for a clean room 4 is composed of a coarse dust prefilter and the main filter 1, the main filter 1 is formed from polypropylene as the base material. In such a case, the main filter 1 is protected with the sheet 2 having ultraviolet shielding function. And the sheet 2 has preferably small air-permeation resistance and one having preferably >=30cm /cm .sec, further preferably 100-300cm /cm .sec air permeability is used. Since the deformation due to wind pressure happens sometimes if a certain hardness is not secured, the sheet 2 is formed to have preferably >=150mm, further preferably 200-500mm hardness by the cantilever method.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for a cleaning, beautifully finish the cleaning, and also, remove dust while re-arranging display articles of commodities, and in addition, prevent hands from being contaminated by constituting at least the palm side of a glove of a nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: At least the palm side of this glove is constituted of a nonwoven fabric 4. For the nonwoven fabric 4, a melt-blow nonwoven fabric, a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, a spun-laced nonwoven fabric and a film split fiber nonwoven fabric are mainly used. The METSUKE of the nonwoven fabric 4 is preferably constituted by 10-150 g/cm , more preferably, 15-120 g/cm . The softness of the nonwoven fabric 4 is preferably 15 cm or lower by a bending resistance when measured by 40 deg. cantilever method, and more preferably 12 mm or lower. Preferably, the nonwoven fabric 4 and a film an a rubber sheet as internal layers are laminated. The film may be anything as long as it is obtained from various kinds of thermoplastic resins. For the rubber sheet, a elasticized polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, or urethane rubber or the like can be used.
