摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistant barrier cap with a pull-ring, which has a superior heat resistance, barrier property, and formability. SOLUTION: The cap is formed in such a manner that a lid 200 is connected to a cap body 100 in an openable/closable manner via a hinge 140, a spout cylinder 111 is erected on the top board 110 of the cap body, and a blocking board 130 is formed on the inner lower end of the spout cylinder, an annular incision 131 having a V-shaped vertical section is formed at an opening forming position on the upper surface of the blocking board to form a circular thin weakened line 132 on the under surface of the blocking board, and a pillar 133 having the pull-ring 134 on the front end thereof is erected at a prescribed position adjacent to and inside the circular incision on the blocking board upper surface. In addition, a laminated film 30 having heat resistance and barrier property is heat welded at least to the whole of the under surface of the blocking board by an insert injection molding method. SOLUTION: The multilayer blow molded bottle has a body whose average wall thickness is at most 0.8 mm, and is stuck with an in-mold label having a thickness of 50 μm or more. A material to be molded for an outer layer thereof consists of polypropylene of a random copolymer, an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, and a pearl essence. A material to be molded for an inner layer thereof consists of a high-density polyethylene, an ethylene-α-olefin, and a colorant.

The container main body 110 is formed by in-mold treatment in such a manner that the labels may be arranged on the side section and the bottom section, and has a flange 111. The lid 130 is equipped with the barrier layer. For the side section label 121, a slit B is provided along the edge of the side section label itself. Also, the side section label 121 is bent along the shape of the container main body 110 on the edge side wherein the slit B is provided, and is arranged along the external surface of the flange.

In a process in which a blend of the polypropylene resin with the master batch is melted and kneaded, the master batch of low melting point is first melted to package polypropylene resin pellets, and the impact resistance becomes excellent, and the dispersibility of a coloring agent, a charge preventing agent, a ultraviolet ray absorbing agent, and other additives can be remarkably dispersed.

The mat varnish 2 is transparent ink, which is prepared by adding silica as matting agent and the like in place of pigment component. Further, by changing the degree of addition of silica, the degree of matting can be changed. Furthermore, by laminating polyethylene film 6 through adherent resin 5 to the rear surface of the unstretched polypropylene film for bonding to a polypropylene bottle, the lamination of the label and the bottle is possible due to the high surface activity of urethane- based inky surface and the resultant good adhesion between the adhesive and the film.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a container with a label, in the metal deposit of which no crack presents, by a method wherein the label containing un-stretched plastic film layer, on which the metal deposit is provided, is pasted under the condition that the metal deposit faces outside. CONSTITUTION:A label 4 is produced by providing aluminum deposit 6, on which plastic film 9 provided with printed layer 8 on the reverse side is provided through urethane-based adhesive layer, on the surface of base material 5 made of un-stretched polyethylene film or the like. Further, urethane-based adhesive layer 10 for joining to a bottle main body 1 is provided on the reverse side of the base material 5. Said label 4 is set in a blow mold so as to direct the adhesive layer 10 toward molding resin layer. Furthermore, a mouth part made of polyester resin preform is fixed to the upper part of the mold. The mold under the above-mentioned condition is closed so as to be blown by air for molding. Thus a bottle with the label, which completely adheres to the cylindrical part having a recessed part 2 and a projected part 3 corresponding to the recessed part and the projected part on the inner surface of the mold and in the aluminum deposit 6 of which no crack presents at all, is obtained.
