    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin mortar composition enabling a coating film having high strength and excellent adhesion with respect to a top coating layer to be formed, and to provided a coated material.SOLUTION: The resin mortar composition is prepared by blending 150-800 pts.mass aggregate (H) per 100 pts.mass syrup (x) with syrup composition (X) containing 0.3-4 pts.mass aromatic amine (F) and 0.1-2.5 mass% wax (G) with respect to 100 pts.mass syrup (x) containing 10-30 mass% hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate monomer (A) having one or more 2-12C hydroxyalkyl group in a molecule, 40-75 mass% monomer (B) (except monomer (A)) having one (meth) acryloyl group in a molecule, 0.5-15 mass% monomer (C)(except monomer (A)) having two or more (meth) acryloyl group in a molecule, ≤15 mass% plasticizer (D), and 10-30 mass% resin (E) having 20-155°C glass transition temperature.
