CONSTITUTION:After a foundation part and a first floor slab 2 are worked, an upper temporary building column 5 is erected on the ground, and a building small roof 6 is erected on the upper temporary building column 5 to work a roof 7. Also a suspension crane 10 is set on a land beam 8 of the building small roof 6 through a crane rail 9, the upper temporary column is raised by a pull-up device 13, and a lower temporary column 17 is connected additionally to the lower part of the upper temporary building column. Then the leg part of the lower temporary building column is supported on a support base 21 of the first floor slab, and the building small roof is raised to a height required for the erection of a first floor PC member 22. The first floor PC member is erected by a suspension crane, a second floor slab 25 is worked, the pull-up device is set on the second floor slab, and the second PC member is erected in the same manner. The PC member is erected in the same manner repeatedly to the uppermost floor.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a footing part and a foundation beam part to be constructed simultaneously, to reduce the number of materials conveyed to the construction site, to facilitate transportation work, and to enable proceeding with operations without requiring many specialists. SOLUTION: This foundation 1 for a detached house comprises a footing part 2 made of cast-in-place concrete and a foundation beam part 3 made of precast concrete. The foundation beam part 3 is manufactured while the lower end of a stirrup 5 is projected, with a rotatable reinforcement connector 7 engaged with the lower end. The base reinforcement 8 of the footing part 2 is passed through the horizontal member of the reinforcement connector 7, and a reinforcement-to-form connector 9 by which a net form 10 is rotatably locked is mounted on each end of the base reinforcement 8. The foundation beam part 3 is easily loaded and stored because the base reinforcement 8 and the net form 10 are coupled together using a foldable structure.
