摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure a quick measurement according to the bend or twist of a tubular substance, by providing a surface detectors using a change of electromagnetic induction to both the lower and upper surfaces of the main body of a measuring device that shifts at the lower part along the inner surface of a tubular substance to be measured put in a lateral position and thus securing a display for the space between both surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A tubular substance 1 to be measured is set in a lateral position between a pair of span gauges 16 and 17 having the emergency switches 14 and 15, and a main body 2 of measuring device is inserted into a span gauge 16 to control the display part 11. Thus a zero-control is given to the detectors 3 and 4 consisting of e.g. differential transformers, and the space between the lower and upper surfaces 1b and 1c at the control part 10. The main body 2 stops with every prescribed distance to measure the space between the inner facing surfaces. The data of this measurement is printed by a printer 12, and at the same time the change of the surface space is consecutively displayed on the display 11 and the recorder 13. The detectors 3 and 4 are incorporated with rollers 8 and 9 to follow up the bend or twist of the tubular substance 1. Thus a measurement is possible in a short time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a decoration having excellent colored metallic luster by subjecting a Cr-Ar-Ni alloy having specified composition to a solution heat treatment, cold plastic forming, aging and specular finish and oxidizing the surface at a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:The body of a decoration obtained by casting and forging of Ni-base alloy containing 30-45wt% Cr and 2.5-5% Al is subjected to a solution heat treatment by heating to 1,000-1,200 deg.C, them to a cold plastic working and cutting to obtain a formed product. The product thus obtained is aged at a temperature range of 500-950 deg.C to generate desired high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance. Then, the product is polished and specularly finished, and colored by surface oxidizing process at 500-800 deg.C to obtain decorations from yellow - brown color to blue - violet color. Cold working such as blasting can be made before specular finish, or the coloring and color tone can be made uniform by slight polishing after surface oxidizing process.
