    • PURPOSE:To change the number of revolution of a winding machine continuously by a mechanism wherein the winding machine is started and stopped by the working operation of a foot-pedal and the number of revolution is successively altered in response to the quantity of the pedal worked. CONSTITUTION:When working a foot-pedal 29, an operation switch 31 is turned ON, an electromagnetic switch 15 is made and a motor 11 is started. A main shaft 23 is simultaneously rotated in response to the quantity of the pedal 29 worked, a resistor 18 for setting speed is adjusted through a gear, and a winding machine 14 is continuously controlled up to the number of revolution set by means of a controller 17 in response to speed reference voltage set by the adjustment. When the quantity of the pedal worked is increased, the speed reference voltage is raised, and the number of revolution changes in succession up to the number of revolution newly set. When the quantity of the pedal 29 worked is brought to zero, the lever 23 returns, the electromagnetic switch 15 is interrupted by the change-over motion of the operation switch 31, the motor 11 is suspended and the winding machine 14 is also stopped.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an elevator for a vertical winding machine from falling due to wear of its threaded shaft by providing a limit switch operated by the variation of an interval between a movable nut and an elevationally movable safety nut engaged on the shaft at the safety nut. CONSTITUTION:A safety nut 21 is screwed on a threaded shaft 16 at an interval G from the lower surface of a movable element or nut 17 screwed on the shaft 16 and retained at an elevator 12. A pin 22 is projected from the side surface of the nut 21, and engaged within a long slot 24 vertically perforated at a turning stopper 23 fixed to the lower surface of the element 17 toward the downward direction. On the other hand, a limit switch 25 operated when the interval G becomes shorter than predetermined length is mounted on the other end surface of the nut 21. Thus, since the interval G is gradually reduced when the element 17 is worn upon repetition of the elevational motions thereof to thereby cause the limit switch 25 to be operated to produce an alarm, the switch prevents the further increase of the wear of the shaft 16 to thereby prevent the elevator 12 from falling.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate a transformer core assembling work and also to improve efficiency by a method wherein a segmental chain sprocket holding a bind tape reel is supported rotatably on a movable frame, and a core on a base is surrounded in the sectional direction for ready moving. CONSTITUTION:A frame 44 is moved, and a core 11 fastened on a base 22 by a core clamping device 21 is adjusted for position between bases. Next, the tip of a bind tape 56 drawn out of a reel 55 through tension roller 57 is fixed on the core 11 at a suitable spot, a segmental chain sprocket 42 is rotated in the direction indicated by arrow by operation of a driving gear 45, and the bind tape 56 is wound, as tensioned, round the core 11 in a given number of turns and then fixed. When the bind tape is wound completely at one portion, the core 11 is shifted to the next position by moving the frame 44 again, and again the bind tape is wound likewise. The bind tape is thus wound at given intervals entirely round the core 11, and then the wire clamping the core 11 is removed.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the tightening work by tightening the iron core by a tensioning force of a tightening tool which winds a plastic binding tape by pulling the end of the tape in handling operation by way of a one way clutch. The other end of said binding tape is hooked around the holding plate of the iron core, and said tape is wound around the iron core by one turn. CONSTITUTION:Insulating corner rods 3 whose cross section is circular are provided at the steps of the iron core, respectively, so that the cross section of the iron core becomes approximately circular. Then, a loop 4a formed at one end of the binding tape 4 is hooked around an upper holding plate 2 and the other end portion is extended. The tightening tool 11 is placed on the iron core 1 across the width of the tape at the portion of said tape loop 4a. Grooves 14 of frame plates 12 and 13 are engaged with the holding plate 2. Then, the extended portion of the binding tape 4 is wound around the outside of the iron core by one turn, and the end portion thereof is overlapped on the tape loop 4a on the holding plate 2. Thereafter, the extended end is hooked on a guide pin 19c and engaged with a groove 18a of a winding shaft 18. Then, a handle 16 is operated, thereby the binding tape 4 is tightened.

    • PURPOSE:To simply and easily rotate and move a cable drum to a horizontal or vertical arrangement and change it, by providing a slide mechanism part to receive the weight of cable drum side surface and thus rotate the cable drum smoothly on the inside of a rotary frame. CONSTITUTION:To make the cable drum 11 held horizontally vertical, by turning a handle 30d of a decelerator 30 for a rotational movement drive 21 in the direction of the arrow A, a gear 29 is slowly driven via a transmission mechanism part 30c through a small gear and a chain 29a. By gradually rotating and moving the rotary frame wherein a rotary shaft 28 is fixed in the direction of the arrow B as the gear 29 moves, the cable drum 11 can be changed vertical. A flange 11a of the cable drum 11 rotated and moved to a vertical position is charged with load via a check plate 11b by a plurality of ball bearings 22a of a smooth mechanism 22 resulting in free rotation. Thus, the cable 10 is led out from the vertically changed cable drum 11 and can be wound up around an insulation cylinder vertically provided.
