    • PURPOSE:To efficiently control a water-level of a deaerator of a heat power plant, by controlling the rotational frequency of a condensing and boosting pump under the control of a fluid joint, and controlling a flow rate of condensation to a deaerator from a condenser. CONSTITUTION:A fluid joint 20 is placed between each condensing and boosting pump 5, and each driving motor 4, and a rotational frequency control device 21 is attached to the joint 20, respectively. For instance, when a water-level detector 13 of a deaerator 1 detects a drop of a water-level, the detector 13 sends a signal to a deaerator water-level control device 15, the signal controlled and operated by the device 15 is sent to the device 21, and rotational frequency of the joint 20 is increased by a rotational frequency increasing command. As a result, the rotational frequency of the pump 5 is increased, a flow rate of condensation sent to the deaerator 1 from a condenser 2 is increased, and a water-level of the deaerator 1 rises up to a prescirbed water-level. Also, in case when the water- level rises, the water-level of the deaerator is adjusted by decreasing the rotational frequency of the pump on the contrary, and decreasing the flow rate of condensation.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a stable level control of auxiliary machinery by changing the flow rate of condensate continuously in accordance with the load change in a power plant. CONSTITUTION:The condensate from a condensator 1 flows into an air bleeder 7 after passing a group of pumps 2, a flow rate sensing device 3, a minor valve 4, a major valve 5 and a post-major-valve valve 6. A water level sensing device 11 of air bleeder 7 will send the level control signal to an adding device 15, into which also the output signal of a calculator 16 is placed which is to calculate the rate of deviation flow with respect to flow rate sensing devices 3, 9. The output signal of the adding device 15 is distributed to a sensing device 19 for initiation of opening and termination of closing of the major valve, a calculator 20 of signals for opening of the minor valve and a calculator 21 of signals for opening of the major valve. Increase of the rate of flow owing to the increase of opening of the major valve 5 can be canceled by sensing the initiation of opening of the major valve 5, increasing the opening degree to the control range for major valve 5, and decreasing the opening degree of the minor valve 4.
