    • PURPOSE: To easily form an optional wrinkle pattern in a fixed shape on a front surface side in accordance with a pattern by scraping a desired thickness from the rear surface side of leather to be used as a jacket material in accordance with the prescribed pattern and deflecting and deforming the thin part. CONSTITUTION: Edge sides 2a and 2b are waved on a desired width surface from the rear surface side of the leather 1, the thickness is scraped and the thin part 2 is formed. The thin part 2 is obtained by scraping the thickness of the leather 1 within the range of about 20-80% so as to be formed from the rear surface side by removing a net-shaped layer and leaving a silver surface layer 1a behind. Besides, in scraping, a pinching jig is used, by which the leather 1 is pinched by a pinching plate 10 having a projecting part 10a corresponding to the prescribed pattern and the pinching plate 11 having an opening hole 11a being in almost the same shape as that of the projecting part 10a so as to expose a leather part which is pressurized by the projecting part 10a from the opening hole 11a by the desired thickness. Then, the thin part 2 is formed in the leather 1 by a leather skiving machine 14 and, after that, deflected and deformed so that a prescribed shaped-gather pattern is given at the front surface side.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a bent wrinkle along a curved part by continuously providing a weld line recessed like a well from a skin material at the side of seating surface in such a way as to be recessed like a well from a lining material at a curved side. CONSTITUTION:Laminated materials 1 to 3 comprising a skin material 1, a winding material 2 and a lining material 3 are integrally weld connected at a weld line 6 for recessing the aforesaid materials 1 to 3 like a well. In addition, a desired portion is curved from a seating surface side 4 for covering a cushion body C. The weld line 6 for forming the skin material 1 as recessed at the seating surface side 4 is recessed like a well from the lining material 3 at a curvature side 5 and provided continuously. Namely, even when the weld line 6 for weld connecting the laminated materials 1 to 3 are continuously provided from the seating surface side 4 to the curvature side 5, no bent wrinkle is formed on curved positions along the cushion body C and the laminated materials 1 to 3 can be closely fitted to the body C as at the seating surface side, thereby enabling the maintenance of good appearance.

    • PURPOSE:To form clear and fine recessed and projected patterns on the surface side by pressing a wadding material constituted of a laminated skin material with a pressing component, cutting and removing sections stretching out of a slit of a receiving component and laminating a lining material. CONSTITUTION:A wadding material 2 constituted of a skin material 1 laminated preliminarily is fed continuously, and the wadding material 2 compressed by a pressing component 10 is partially stretched out of a slit of a receiving component 11 downward the plate surface. The stretched out sections of the wadding material 2 are cut and removed by a roll cutter 12 to form the rear of the wadding material 2 into almost flat. A roll coater 13 for a bonding agent and a pressure roll 15 for a lining material 3 delivered out of a reel 14 are disposed on the lower side of a conveying line of the wadding material 2, and the lining material 3 constituted of the bonding agent applied on the rear of the wadding material 2 is fixed by pressure. The wadding material 2 is compressed by endless belts 17 and 18 of a hot air dryer 16 and the whole surface of the lining material is bonded firmly with the rear of the wadding material 2. When the compression is released from the wadding material 2, the same is tension-retained in the deep recessed form with the lining material 3 to restoringly expand sections other than the recessed and form large corrugations.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent molten burr protruding to in-plane from interfering with the take in and out of an umbrella etc. by positioning the end edge of one laminating member within the plane of other laminating member and applying welder bonding to the superposed plane part of the respective members along the end edge. CONSTITUTION:A hot melt adhesive film 3 is sandwiched and arranged between respective laminating members 1, 2 consisting of polyvinyl chloride resin layers 1a, 2a and waterproof nylon base cloths 1b, 2b and, as the electrode applying welder bonding to both members 1, 2, one electrode W1 having a pressing surface extending over the surfaces of both members 1, 2 through the end edge 2c of one laminating member 2 is mounted on an upper side and both members 1, 2 are pressed on the single surface side where the end edge 2c of one laminating member 2 is positioned by said one electrode W1. On the other surface side of both members 1, 2, said members 1, 2 are pressed by other electrode W2 on a lower side pressing the desired width corresponding to the superposed surface part of both members from the end edge 2c of one laminating member 2 and the mold plate P positioned so as to be adjacent to the pressing surface of the relatively lowered state.
