摘要： PURPOSE:To produce the title adhesive which gives a laminate with improved tunneling resistance and gloss, by using as its principal component a reaction product obtained by treating a mixture of a rosin ester compound and an acid- modified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer with an alkoxide compound. CONSTITUTION:This adhesive is derived from a rosin ester compound (A) having a softening point of 70-140 deg.C and an acid value of 1-30; an acid-modified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (B) having a vinyl acetate content of 40-80wt% and an average acid value of 1-20; and an alkoxide compound (C). A mixture of components A and B in a ratio of 10:10-10:1 is mixed with component C in an equivalent ratio of the carboxyl groups of components A and B to the alkoxide groups of component C of 1 to 1.2 or higher, thus giving a reaction product (D). The product D is used as the principal component of the adhesive. As the alkoxide compound, aluminum alkoxide is preferably used.
