    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a horizontal stripe SOFC stack having a current folding structure.SOLUTION: The horizontal stripe SOFC stack has a porous electric insulation substrate having a fuel flow path from a fuel supply port to a fuel discharge port inside, and a pair of top and back faces and a pair of right and left side faces in parallel to the fuel flow path outside. Plural SOFC cells formed by sequentially laminating a power collection fuel electrode layer, an active fuel electrode layer, an electrolyte layer, an air electrode layer and a second current collecting layer are spaced on a pair of the top and back faces in parallel to the fuel flow path. The adjacent SOFC cells of the plural SOFC cells are electrically connected in series to each other via an interconnector, respectively. Plural pairs of top and back SOFC cells positioned near a fuel discharge port side end are constituted into a diagonal shape. In the cell structure, a cell shape is made asymmetric so that a direction of the cell, in which a current flows, is bent by 90 degrees relative to a longitudinal direction of a substrate, and the cell is gradually inclined.
