    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thermal effect to other furniture by a method wherein the right and the left of a cabinet are closed with a side plate, and a lower space is provided between a cooking appliance on the lowermost shelf and a floor surface, and a side space is provided between the right and left side surfaces of each cooking appliance and the side plates of the cabinet, and those spaces are made to communicate, and air for fuel is fed to each cooking appliance from the lower space through the side spaces. SOLUTION: On the right and the left of a cabinet, side plates 9, 9 are attached, and radiation heat to the sides from respective cooking appliances 41, 42, 43, is shielded by the side plates 9, 9. A side space 9a is provided between respective side plates 9 and respective side surfaces of the cooking appliances 41, 42, 43, and the side spaces 9a are made to communicate with a lower space 5G, and air for combustion for respective cooking appliances 41, 42, 43 is fed from an opening through the lower space 5G and the side spaces 9a, and is drawn into the appliances from air inlets 41a, 42a, 43a. By this method, in addition to the heat shielding action by the side plates 9, a cooling action by the air for combustion which runs in the side spaces 9a, can be obtained, and a thermal effect to other furniture by the heat of the side walls can be reduced as much as possible, and other furniture can be surely prevented from being deformed.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a cooker for broiling which can control occurrence of uneven broiling to a minimum throughout the entire surface of a food rack. CONSTITUTION:A cooker for broiling is provided with a casing 1 with an inlet 11 in front, a lower burner 3 at the lower part inside the casing 1, an upper burner 4 at the upper part inside the casing 1, and a food rack 2 that is horizontally installed in the middle of the casing 1. The lower burner 3 has two or more burner port rows 30 arranged parallel from the front toward the back, and the upper burner 4 has two or more burner port rows 40 arranged parallel from left to right. The upper burner port rows 40 are arranged more densely on the front side than on the rear side, and declined toward the rear side. In addition, the lower burner 3 consists of pipe type burner groups arranged parallel and almost horizontally, and the upper burner 4 consists of band-like combustion plate type burner groups arranged parallel and nearly horizontally.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the dispersion of burning rate over a burner port of a burner pipe by making the size of the burner port located on the side of the end of the burner pipe smaller than that of a burner port located nearer to the base side. CONSTITUTION:A large number of burner ports 25 are arranged in a longitudinal direction spaced apart a predetermined distance over the top surface of each burner pipe 21 and a plurality of auxiliary burner ports 26, 26 are formed near a closed end 23. A group of burner ports of the burner pipe 21 is divided into a first burner group on the upstream side 25a, 25a, a second group in the intermediate area 25b, 25b, and a third group on the downstream side 25c, 25c, and diameters of burner ports are made smaller gradually from the upstream side toward the downstream side. Consequently the distribution of amount of blowing gas in the case of burner ports of the same diameter is corrected, so that the amounts of gas blown off from each of the groups can be equalized.
