摘要： PURPOSE:To detect the busy state of a telephone line for a call with simple circuit constitution by starting a no ringing incoming call detection circuit, supplying a voltage signal fed to the telephone line to the no ringing incoming call detection circuit thereby detecting the state of the telephone line. CONSTITUTION:A dialing line connection communication block 13 applies a voltage to a detection circuit 11 via a terminal call start diode 212 to check the voltage. The line voltage at that time is fed to a low voltage detection Zener diode 211 and a high voltage detection Zener diode 27 so as to identify whether or not the line voltage is within a voltage decided by both the Zener diodes, that is, within a range of nearly 36-60V. When the line voltage is within 36-60V, a no ringing communication block 14 gives a signal to the dialing line connection communication block 13 via a line state output line 12. As a result, the call line connection communication block 13 identifies it that the telephone line is not busy.

On the other hand, when the center equipment 1 sends the transmission end data to the terminal equipment 6, line restoration is applied to the exchange 3.

Then the signal during the data transmission between the equipment 21 and the controller 35 is not fed to the facsimile terminal equipment 38 and then mis-start of the equipment 38 is avoided.
