摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine solid electrolytic thin film which has high crystallization property, thermal stability and high conductivity of oxygen ion, and a manufacturing method in which it can be produced in a short time. SOLUTION: In this method, electrolyte material 8 is heated and evaporated by irradiating with high density arc discharge plasma current 13, at the same time, the evaporated particles are made plasmatic, and an electrolytic thin film is formed by supplying the evaporated particles which are made plasmatic onto a porous electrode base plate 12 for a flat and thin film fuel cell. At this time, the electrolyte material 8 contains 6-12wt.% of metal yttrium in zirconium monoxide (ZrO) with electric conductivity under the room temperature, and oxide thin film, which is composed of 5-14mol% of yttrium oxide and 86-95mol% of zirconium oxide, is formed on the porous electrode base plate 12 under an oxygen atmosphere.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine, thermally stable, solid electrolytic thin film of high crystallinity and high oxygen ion conductivity, and its manufacturing method for allowing the solid electrolytic thin film to be produced in a short length of time. SOLUTION: An electrolytic material 8, which is made by adding one or more third ingredients out of aluminum oxide (Al2 O3 ), bismuth oxide (Bi2 O3 ), chromium oxide (Cr2 O3 ) and iron oxide (Fe2 O3 ) to zirconium monoxide (ZrO) containing metallic yttrium (Y), is heated and evaporated by irradiating high density arc discharge plasma flow 13; at the same time the evaporated particles are transformed into plasma. Then, these evaporated particles transformed into plasma are fed on to a porous electrode base plate 12; thereby, a solid, electrolytic thin film made of zirconium oxide (ZrO2 ) containing one or more gradients out of yttrium oxide (Y2 O3 ), aluminum oxide (Al2 O3 ), bismuth oxide (Bi2 O3 ), chromium oxide (Cr2 O3 ) and iron oxide (Fe2 O3 ) are formed on the porous electrode base plate 12 under an oxygen atmosphere.

SOLUTION: When the color filter(CF) or overcoat(OC) which is an org. resin layer is irradiated with oxygen ions or argon ions, the stains on the surface are removed by an etching effect and carbide layers are formed at least partially on the CF or OC and the chemical resistance of the layer surface of the CF or OC is improved and the adhesion property to the transparent electrode formed thereon is improved as well. The materials of the CF (or OC) are preferably org. resins and above all, acrylic resins.

SOLUTION: This glass plate has a thin film such as a metal thin film or is a heat ray reflecting glass forming a metal thin film on the surface of the glass plate and is obtained by containing a metal ion so as to maximum the concentration distribution in the vicinity of the surface in the cross sectional direction of the glass plate and forming the thin film by a vacuum forming method, etc. As the metal ions, Ag, Al, Au, C, Ce, Co, Cu, Fe, Hf, Ir, Mg, Mo, Nb, Ni, Pt, Si, Ta, Ti, W, Y, Zr or Zn is used and is injected by irradiation into a glass plate before the formation of the thin film acceleratively by applying voltage. An ion concentration in the vicinity of the glass plate surface can be maximized by selecting 35-75 deg. irradiating angle, 20-60keV acceleration energy and 5×10 to 1×10 ions/cm dose of the metal ion.
