摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the power generating efficiency by working steam and oxygen to coal to manufacture combustible gas and using it for gas turbine generation, or reforming hydrocarbon by a reforming device by use of combustible gas and high temperature combustion gas to manufacture high purity hydrogen, and supplying it to a fuel cell to generate electricity. CONSTITUTION: Coal, steam and oxygen are supplied to a gas making furnace 1 to gasify the coal, the resulting combustible gas is passed to and treated by a reforming device 3 and a desulfurizing device 5 through a line 2, and then supplied to a combustor 7 constituting a gas turbine generating device by a line 6. The combustible gas is burnt under supply of compressed air, and the generated high temperature and high pressure combustion gas is introduced to a gas turbine 9, which is then rotated to drive a generator 23. The combustion waste gas leaving the gas turbine 9 is sent to a waste heat recovering boiler 11, a natural gas 16 is reformed by a reforming device 12 in the boiler 11, high purity hydrogen is generated by the action of a hydrogen separating penetrating film, and the resulting hydrogen is supplied to a fuel cell 19 to generate electricity.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of power generation in a whole equipment by reforming hydrocarbon with water vapor by a reformer using high temperature and high pressure exhaust gas as a heating source to produce high purity hydrogen and to supply it to a fuel cell for power generation. CONSTITUTION: High temperature and high pressure combustion gas 5 generated by a combustor 4 is guided to a gas turbine 6. High temperature and high pressure exhaust gas 7 exhausted from the gas turbine has 650-850 deg.C of temperature and 1-5kg/cm of pressure. This high temperature and high pressure 7 is guided to an exhaust heat recovering boiler 10. A heater 14 to obtain steam used to reform the water vapor is provided in the exhaust heat recovering boiler 10. Hydrogen formed by a reinforming reaction in a main membrane reactor 8 is supplied as high purity hydrogen 11 to a fuel cell 12 by the action of the membrane to be used for power generation. Thus, the extremely high efficiency of power generation for unit hydrocarbon fuel can be synthetically attained.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the power generation efficiency for the unit fuel by driving a steam turbine for power generation with the steam generated by a boiler, and feeding the high-purity hydrogen obtained by a reforming device provided with a hydrogen-separating transmission membrane and using boiler waste heat as a heating source to a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A steam turbine 6 is driven by a steam 5 generated by a boiler 4 for power generation. The waste steam is condensed by a condenser 16, (supply) water 13 is added, and the water is circulated to the boiler 4 via a waste heat recovery boiler 10. The waste heat of the boiler 4 is utilized as the heating source of a membrane reactor 8 having a hydrogen separating transmission membrane. The steam 17 from a waste heat recovery boiler 10 and natural gas 18 are used as raw materials and are reformed at about 400-650 deg.C via a reforming catalyst, and the generated hydrogen is refined by the hydrogen- separating transmission membrane, e.g. a paladium-containing alloy thin film. The obtained high-purity hydrogen 11 is fed to a solid high polymer fuel cell 12 for power generation.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a fuel cell having heat efficiency generally high per unit fuel by incorporating a reformer, which uses a hydrogen separating and transmitting film, into a fuel cell, and generating high-purity hydrogen for fuel, making use of its operation heat. CONSTITUTION: A reformer 3, which has a membrane 4 of a hydrogen separating and transmitting film, is incorporated into a fuel cell 8, and the operation heat of the fuel cell 8 is utilized for the heating of a reformer 3. It is to be desired that the said membrane 3 should be made in such structure that the film of palladium-containing alloy is made on the surface of, for example, an inert porous substance. Reforming material 1 is introduced into the reformer 3 together with the steam 2 generated in a heat exchanger 7, and hydrogen produced in reform reaction is made into high-purity hydrogen on a level of 10ppm or under in CO with the membrane 4 and is supplied to the fuel cell 8, and off gas 9 is used as fuel. At that time, in case that the reform material is hydrocarbon of natural gas or the like, it is to be desired that it should be combined with a fused carbonate type fuel battery high in working temperature, and in case that it is methanol, it is to be desired that it should be combined with a phosphorous fuel cell low in working temperature.

A raw gas introduced from a raw gas inlet 48 is converted to hydrogen in the second and first catalyst beds, and the hydrogen is passed through the tube 32, selectively separated and collected and discharged together with a sweep gas from a hydrogen outlet 52 through a sweep gas.
