摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the gas piping capacity by simple method and at a short time when a gas meter is installed. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pressure measuring part 11 for measuring a pressure within a downstream-side piping 3 arranged between the gas meter and gas device, a vibration amplitude calculation part 12 for calculating according to signals from the part 11 the vibrating amplitude of a pressure generating at the time when a gas is charged into a piping, and a capacity judging part 13 for estimating the capacity of the piping based on the vibrating amplitude outputting from the part 12, and it measures the pressure value of pressure vibration generating at the time when a gas is charged, and calculates the amplitude, then it estimates a gas piping capacity according to the obtained pressure vibrating amplitude.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the effect of a transient noise or the like and prevent the occurrence of erroneous judgement by applying the constitution that an input port judgement part inspects voltage, upon receipt of a port judgement normal signal, the abnormality of a circuit is judged when the voltage is equal to or below the preset level and, then, the circuit abnormality is reported. SOLUTION: An input port judgement part 5, upon receipt of an output signal from a periodic timer part 1 to periodically output a voltage inspection signal A, judges the status of an input port and outputs a port judgement normal signal D and a port judgement abnormality signal E. A voltage detection part 2, upon receipt of the port judgement normal signal D, inspects voltage. Then, the voltage detection part 2 outputs a voltage drop signal B, when the voltage is equal to or lower than the preset value, and a voltage normal signal C when the voltage is abnormal. Also, a circuit abnormality judgement part 6, upon receipt of the port judgement abnormality signal E, identifies a circuit abnormality and outputs a circuit abnormality reporting signal F. In this way, the input port judgement part 5 judges the status of the input port to read a judgement signal for voltage inspection, before implementing the inspection, thereby avoiding judgement about a voltage drop in the case of an abnormality.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a first battery until its limit by providing a structure composed of two power sources, a first battery for opening/closing a gas shutting-off solenoid valve and a second battery for control, and providing an auxiliary closing means for supplying a solenoid valve closing current from the second battery when a voltage reduction occurs in the first battery. SOLUTION: A voltage reduction detecting means 6 for monitoring a first battery voltage for valve driving is made active when a control means 4 outputs a voltage detection permitting signal BE, determines a voltage reduction if a battery voltage is lower than the operation ensuring voltage of a solenoid valve 1 and then sends a voltage reduction signal BL to the control means 4. The PNP transistor 7a of an auxiliary closing means 7 operated by the voltage reduction signal BL is controlled by the auxiliary closing signal SC of the control means 4. The collector of the PNP transistor 7a of the auxiliary closing means 7 is connected to the collector of the PNP transistor 7a of the auxiliary closing means 7, an emitter is connected to a second battery 5 and an exciting current of ic is conducted from the battery 5 to the coil 1a of the solenoid valve 1.

SOLUTION: A valve opening time instruction signal B is outputted from a sensor monitoring part 1 through a communication receiver part 2, and a valve is opened with a valve opening/closing driving part 4 following a valve opening signal C when the time reaches a specific time set in association with the valve opening instruction time in a valve opening instruction part 3. Further, the existence of leakage is judged in a leakage detection part 6 based upon a flow rate signal of a flow rate detection part 5 whereby a gas use allowance signal or a gas use interruption signal is outputted. When the gas use interruption signal E is outputted, a valve closing instruction part 7 outputs a valve closing signal H and hence the valve opening/closing driving part 4 closes the valve.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a solenoid valve to be reset automatically to the original condition when it is operated with a shock by a person by detecting induction voltage generating in a coil when it is operated with a shock by a person, and resetting the valve to the original condition. SOLUTION: Opening/closing control means 2 outputs opening signals SO1 , SO2 and closing signals SC1 , SC2 to valve drive means 3 coomposed of a transistor bridge circuit, and the means 3 applies a current of different voltage porality to a coil 4 of solenoid valve according to these signals. Induction voltage detection means 5 detects the induction voltage generating in the coil 4 when the valve is operated according to a shock by a person, other than according to control signals to outputs a shock close signal PV. When the signal PV is input to the opening/closing control means 2, the means 2 determines no output of close signals SC1 , SC2 thereof to output opening signals SO1 , SO2 , thereby opening the valve.
