SOLUTION: This saddle is a branch saddle for branching a branch pipe 18 from main piping 1 to conduct piping by drilling the piping 1 using a tapping cutter 20 connected to a surface of the main pipe 1 and equipped inside a drill pipe part 11, and the tapping cutter 20 is moved to close a valve port 32 provided inside the pipe part 11 when a pressure difference between an upstreamand and a downstream comes to a prescribed value or more. The saddle is composed of a saddle part 15 fused onto a surface of the resin pipe 1, the drill pipe part 11 upright in the saddle part 15, the tapping cutter 20 equipped to the pipe part 11, a valve element 22 is provided in the tapping cutter to be fitted loosely, and the valve element 22 closes a passage inside the pipe 11 when the pressure difference between the upstream and the downstream comes to the prescribed value or more.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the reliability of an interlayer by increasing a rupture time of multiple resin interlayers of an outer cylinder by an all around notch type tensile creep test more than that of an electrically fused interlayer, which is electrically fused with a thermoplastic resin pipe, by the tensile creep test at the same stress. SOLUTION: A groove is provided spirally on the peripheral surface of an inner cylinder 1 made of polyethylene resin, and an electric wire 2 as an electroheating body is buried in the spiral groove. A first outer cylinder layer 31 and a second outer cylinder layer 32 laminated on it are formed so that they surround the inner cylinder 1, and an outer cylinder 3 is formed with the first outer cylinder layer 31 and second outer cylinder layer 32. The rupture time of this electrically fused joint by the all around notch type tensile creep test using the first and second outer cylinder layers and the all around notch type tensile creep test value of the interlayer of the outer cylinder 3 are both larger than those of electrically fused boundary surface. Thus the reliability of the interlayer is increased, and the pipe joint suitable for connecting a thermoplastic resin pipe of large diameter is provided.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent deformation on the joint side and slant of a pipe to be generated according to the application of external force by forming a flange-like thick wall part on the end of a socket part in a pipe joint wherein a heat generating body such as a heating wire is provided on one part on the socket part inner surface of a joint main body made of thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:In an electrical fusing-type plastic pipe joint wherein both end surfaces of connecting members A, A' having the same shape are matched and joined to each other, that is, pat-welded, electric power is supplied to a heating wire 3 through connector pins 2, 2' on both ends, so as to generate heat, thereby a pipe to be connected is welded and connected. Moreover, a sensor inserting recessed hole 4 is formed on the pipe joint, and the temperature on the fusing interface after being electrified is continuously measured by a temperature sensor such as a thermocouple inserted and attached therein, and the electrification is stopped when the measured temperature becomes the set temperature. In this case, a flange part 7 wherein a thick wall part is additionally formed all over the periphery is integrally provided on a socket part 5. Thereby, the length in the axial direction of the joint main body is extended, and it is reinforced in strength, so as to enhance the stiffness of the socket part 5.

Then, the respective connecting members 10 and 11 are bonded to the intermediate member 60 by electric fusion bonding through supplying current to the electric heating wires 12 of the engaged connecting members 10 and 11 from a controller 3. On the other hand, in order to connect tubes, electric fusion bonding is performed by supplying current to another electric heating wires 17 after inserting the respective tubes into the respective opposite ends of the respective connecting members 10 and 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bury a synthetic resin pipe in the ground more shallowly than usual without projecting an electro-fusion type branch joint made of synthetic resin from the upper surface of the buried pipe by fusing the branch joint to the side of the buried pipe except for the upper surface thereof in a vertical direction and by joining a branch pipe for piping to a place to be supplied to a branch hole. SOLUTION: In an electro-fusion type branch joint, the curvature of the inner peripheral surface is nearly equal to that of the synthetic resin pipe 20 to be joined and a heating wire is buried near the inner peripheral surface. The branch joint is fused to the side of a buried pipe in use except for the upper surface thereof in a vertical direction. The branch joint has a through hole 13 which is open in the center of the inner peripheral surface and doubles as a cutter drilling hole and a hole is drilled into the outer surface of the synthetic resin pipe 20 through the hole 13 and then the end of the though hole 13 is closed by a cap 14. A branch hole 15 communicating with the through hole 13 is projected in a direction parallel to the synthetic resin pipe 20. When a branch pipe 30 is made, an elbow 16 is fused to the branch hole 15, for example, to make the branch pipe 30 in a direction orthogonal to the branch hole 15 for piping to a place to be supplied.

Two resin clamp members 15 are provided on the pipe and joint sides of the main body 11 and the dovetailed grooves 16 fitted in the taper dovetails on the pipe and joint sides of the main body 11 are provided to the clamp members 15 and, by axially sliding the clamp members 15 from the end part of the jig main body 11 to the central part thereof, the width of the cut groove 13 of the jig main body 11 is reduced to contract the diameter of the jig main body 11. Since the saw blade like engaging parts 12 are provided to the inner surface of the main body 11, they are engaged with the outer surface of the pipe and the outer surface of the joint receiving mouth to fix the pipe and the joint.

In order to connect tubes by this tube fitting, the respective tubes are fusion-bonded with this tube fitting by supplying current to the electric heating wires 12 after inserting the tubes into the respective opposite sides of the respective connecting members 10 and 11.

The inner members 10 are arranged to the mounting parts of resin pipes 50, intended to be interconnected, at the two end parts of the pipe fitting 1. Further, the outer surface of the inner cylinder member 10 and the central part of the resin pipe 50 are surrounded with the outer cylinder member 20 for integral formation. By feeding a power to the heating wire 11, only the outer peripheral surface of the resin pipe 50 is heated with high efficiency and the resin pipes 50 are properly molten and interconnected.

SOLUTION: In this overflow preventing valve, when a downstream side pressure inside a pipe with flowing fluid abnormally drops, the valve element abuts to a valve seat for cutting off passage of the fluid, and it is characterized by that, during normal flowing, the valve element is supported by a support part so that a part of the valve element covers a perspective cross section of the valve seat and the valve element is energized by an elastic member in a direction separating from the valve seat, and an orifice of a valve through which the fluid passes is composed of a passage sectional area around the valve element. It is also characterized by that the valve element and the support part are composed in a relationship so that a fluid passage sectional area between a pipe inner face and the valve element and a fluid passage sectional area between the valve element and the valve seat are substantially the same or within 10% in a state of a normal flow inside the pipe.
