    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a temperature rise of the equipment without bringing the outside dust or water into a control panel by exchanging the heat between the air inside the control panel of sealed structure in which the control equipment such as a personal computer or a servo amplifier are stored with the outside air. SOLUTION: The inside of a heat exchanger 6 arranged along a rear side 21 of a control panel 1 is partitioned in the longitudinal direction by a heat radiation plate 28 extending in the vertical direction which is a thin corrugated metallic plate, and the heat is easy to transfer though it is partitioned. An in-panel air suction port 25 and an in-panel air discharge port 29 are opened in the upper part and in the lower part of an internal wall 23 inside the panel 7 of the heat exchanger 6, and the part between the ports is an in-panel air flow passage 27 extending in the vertical direction. A fan 31 is provided on the in-panel air discharge port 29, and the air in the panel 7 is cooled with the outside air through a heat radiation plate 28 during the circulation. An outside air discharge port 41 and an outside air suction port 49 are opened in a rear wall of the heat exchanger 6, a fan 43 is provided on an outside air discharge port 41 to circulate the outside air, and the in-panel air is cooled through the heat radiation plate 28.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clamping device, in which the centering of a pipe and the interval setting between the pipe ends are uniformly, properly and easily executed over the whole periphery of the pipe end surface, by mechanizing a spacer for setting a root gap, incorporating into the device and arranging a means for abutting the spacer on the end surface of the pipe at the existing side. SOLUTION: A pad 23 is pushed to the inner surface of the existing pipe 3 with a rear part clamp 20 to fix the inner clamping device l to the inner surface of the pipe. The spacer 151 comes near a main frame flange 15 side fixed to the existing pipe 3 by using an actuator 31 for matching the end surface. The actuators 31 are arranged at three positions in the circumferential direction and the spaces 151 are shifted to the deep side until the whole spacers 151 are brought into contact with the end surface of the existing pipe 3. Since the swingable and slidable spherical bearing 40 exists between a main frame 11 and the spacer 151, the spacer 151 is pushed so as to follow to the end surface of the existing pipe 3, and all of the spacers 151 at three positions are abutted on the end surface root part 3-2 of the existing pipe 3.
