摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the transmission of micro vibration of piping to a skeleton such as a slab or a wall. SOLUTION: A recessed part 51 is provided at an upper part of a through hole 20 of a slab 5, and a fitting member 6 is fixed to the recessed part 51. A piping fitting member 3 is fixed onto the fitting member 6. The piping fitting member 3 is composed of a rubber plate 31 with a center hole 31a, and two support plates 32, 33 holding both faces of the rubber plate 31 in between. The diameter of the center hole 31a of the rubber plate 31 is made smaller than the outer diameter of a piping 4. The piping 4 is passed through the center hole 31a. The piping 4 is therefore supported by the elastic deformation of the rubber plate 31.
