摘要： PURPOSE:To allow highly accurate diagnosis of dielectric deterioration by observ ing both the state in time region and the distribution in frequency region of electromagnetic signal radiated following partial discharge. CONSTITUTION:When partial discharge 7 takes place due to dielectric deterioration in a power machine 1, electromagnetic signal produced through the partial discharge 7 is received by means of an antenna 2 installed in the vicinity thereof. The signal thus received is the amplified through an amplifier 3 and observed by means of an oscilloscope 4 and a spectrum analyzer 5. The signals are taken into a computor 6 where the waveform pattern and frequency distribution of the signals are inspected. In other words, generating state of electromagnetic wave radiated following partial discharge is evaluated at the time of occurrence of dielectric deterioration. In this case, both of the state (frequency of occurrence, magnitude) in time region and frequency distribution (spectral distribution) are observed and the extent of dielectric detradation is classified into several ranks.

CONSTITUTION:In regard to tension insulators provided on the same mast, deterioration of a tension insulator with an insulating cover is determined on the basis of a temperature difference between average temperatures of a plurality of rib parts or the temperature difference between the average temperature of one rib part and the average temperature of a shed part, while the deterioration of a tension insulator with no insulating cover is determined on the basis of the temperature difference between the average temperatures of a plurality of metal parts. Besides, the tension insulator with the insulating cover and the tension insulator with no insulating cover are determined as deteriorated when a plurality of temperature differences of the former is one degree or above or one temperature difference thereof is one degree or above, and when a plurality of temperature differences of the latter is one degree or above or one temperature difference thereof is 1.5 degrees or above, respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize highly accurate diagnosis of deterioration of insulating state by removing noise from signal through interphase differentiation, for example, thereby measuring a partial discharge signal accurately. CONSTITUTION:Signal measuring electrodes 6, 7, 8, 9 are disposed at four joints of a pi-type branch joint 5 on the outside of the housing. Consequently, they are provided at twelve points for each assembling. Partial discharge takes place upon occurrence of dielectric deterioration in a joint. Occurrence of partial discharge is detected through capacitive coupling of a partially discharging part and the electrodes 6, 7, 8, 9 and a potential variation is detected in the form of a patial discharge signal. In other words, signals obtained from the electrodes 6, 7, 8, 9 are connected with a signal switch 11 in order to take a difference between two electrodes being selected. Output from the signal switch 11 is fed to a difference amplifier 12 for removing same type of noise component. Output from the difference amplifier 12 is fed to a signal analyzer 13, e.g. a spectral analyzer or an oscillator, and a partial discharge signal is detected.

Zero phase voltage is also input to a comparator 24. Zero phase currents in the root of each feeder are input to the seven channel amplifier 22 by sensor devices 7 mounted on each feeder, and output to a memory 26. When the change width of zero phase voltage reaches a reference signal or more in the comparator 24, the time data of each phase voltage, zero phase voltage and zero phase currents are held to the memory 26, and whether or not the change of zero phase voltage is generated by a true ground fault or the on-off of load is decided by a ground-fault generating decision section 27.

As a result, analysis having a high accuracy can be effectively executed.

At this time, in the path of the magnetic flux of the core 10, the magnetic flux PHI. is passed through core parts 10a wherein the core sections split by an A-A plane are engaged with each other. At this point, if unnecessary magnetic fluxes phi caused by the effects of external electric and magnetic fields are generated in the instrument part 12, first, the magnetic fluxes phi flow respectively using as their paths an outside shielding case 15 of a first stage. Therefore, the magnetic fluxes phi give no effect to the magnetic flux PHI, and the true value of the leakage current of the arrester can be sensed.

CONSTITUTION:A calibration tube 4 and an air pump 11 are turned to a closed loop at an extracting part 100 by a hexagonal valve 12a. An insulating oil 1 in an oil collecting bottle 2 is bubbled by the air pump 11, and a gas is extracted from the insulating oil 1 and stored in the calibration tube 4. At an analyzing part 200, a filter 10, a carbon dioxide gas detector 6, a combustible gas detector 8, an air pump 11' and a carbon monoxide gas detector 7 are made a closed loop by the hexagonal valves 12a, 12b. The calibration tube 4 is connected to the analyzing part 200 by switching the valve 12a, and the extracted gas is detected by the CO2 detector 6, CO detector 7, combustible gas (TCG) detector 8. The detecting result is input to a control device 9, where the concentration of the CO2, CO, TCG in the gas is measured.
