CONSTITUTION:The leakage magnetic flux in a fluctuating state caused by the special operation of a linear motor 10 to be a positive damper is detected by a search coil 3 of a detection control part 2, and a signal detected by the search coil 3 is amplification-processed by an amplifier 40, and arithmetic- processed by an integrator 4. The signal sent from a detection control part 2 is amplification-processed by another amplifier 5, a demagnetizing coil 1 to cover the X to Z axis-directions of a surface plate 20 is operated by the control signal of each detection-processed axis in the same way, and the surface, plate 20 is feedback-controlled. Thus the leakage magnetic flux due to the fluctuating magnetic field can be positively set approximately at zero.

    • PURPOSE:To confirm a position of a lightout lighting lamp by impressing a scanning signal on the switches connected to a plurality of address lines to readout lighting data on a plurality of the data lines. CONSTITUTION:When a first group of lighting lamps 10a are lights-out caused by core failure, a phototransistor as a lighting detection sensor PTtr1 is turned OFF, voltage value on the data line D1 becomes voltage E(v). This voltage, that is, the data d1 forwarded to the data line D1 from the first group of lighting detection sensors PTtr1 are read out by a data readout device M for detecting that the first group of lighting lamps 10a are put out caused by the core failure. when in this way a scanning device S switches the switches Tr1 to Tr4 in order, the positions of the lighting lamps put out caused by the core failure corresponding to the first to fourth groups become clear from the relation of timing between the data d1 to d4 due to a difference of voltage value on each line of the data lines D1 to D3 and the timing of the scanning signals S1 to S4 to be impressed on the address lines A1 to A4.

    • PURPOSE:To detect at the power supply side the disconnection occurred in an illuminating element by detecting and memorizing the illuminating element turned off among a plurality of illuminating elements and detecting the position and the off state of said element based on the output of a memory for memorizing the position of the element in off state. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of illuminating lamps 4 are arranged along a runway. When one lamp 4 is off, a digital signal S21 is input from a detector 7 to the input section 62b of a memory 6. This signal and an address signal S22 for said lamp 4 preset in a setting section 62a are compared at a comparator section 62c. If they are identical, based on a signal S0, the signal S21 indicating the off-state of said lamp 4 in a first memory element 61 memorizing the output S11 of a sensor 5 is output via a switch element 63 to the detector 7. Thus, by scanning with the signal from the detector 7, the position of the off lamp 4 can be detected from the set address signal.

    • PURPOSE:To measure a slight load precisely and stably by a simple construction, by coupling a coil of a linear motor to a measuring end which is coupled to a core of a displacement meter detecting a potential, in the movable direction of the core, and by controlling amplifiers containing a control element by an output of the displacement meter. CONSTITUTION:Displacement of the fore end of a measuring end of a linear motor 1 which comes into contact with an object of measurement is measured by a displacement meter 3, an output thereof is inputted to an amplifier 4, and a drive current is supplied to the linear motor 1 by an output based on a transfer function set beforehand. This transfer function is made to be the element of proportion P, integration I and differentiation D, a current I flowing through the linear motor 1 is read in a balanced state wherein the current is proportional to a load P and wherein the measuring end 2 is converged to a zero point, the current I is converted into a voltage, and the result is subjected to A/D conversion and digital display. A force F of the linear motor 1 of a zero displacement load indicator is expressed by F=DI when a proportional constant is denoted by D. When the force F of the linear motor 1 becomes equal to the load P herein, the position of the zero displacement load indicator returns to the zero point, and thus it measures a slight load precisely and stably.
