摘要： PURPOSE:To sense off the water mixing in a bearing surely by sensing the bearing oil film pressure between a rotor and a thrust bearing, and by comparing it with normal pressure sensing waveform. 摘要： PURPOSE:To measure efficiently the oscillation of various rotary machines with a single device by incorporating oscillation measuring means such as an acceleration sensor, dynamic electricity type sensor, and displacement gauge, a data swtching means, and a recording means in the same housing. CONSTITUTION:The output of the acceleration sensor is inputted from an input terminal 7, and a changeover switch 15 selects an acceleration speed, oscillation speed, or oscillation displacement when necesary; and effective values or peak values of those signals are displayed on display devices 17 and 19. This signal is selected by a changeover switch 38 or 39 and recorded by the frequency modulation type or direct recording type recording circuit of a data recorder. The output of the dynamic electricity type sensor is inputted from an input terminal 20, and a changeover switch 26 selects an oscillation speed or oscillation displacement. Further, the output of the displacement sensor is inputted from an input terminal 31 and an AC or DC displacement signal corresponding to the distance from an object of measurement is selected with a switch 35.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an accident of a bearing beforehand by detecting a vibration of relative displacement between a rotary body and bearing by means of a non-contact type displacement detector and identifying an abnormality of the bearing by a linear condition of a negative side envelope curve of displacement signal corrugation at the time of metal contact. CONSTITUTION:Two detectors 8a, 8b are arranged with 90 deg. shift from each other on the same plane orthogonal to an axis of rotation 1. When a value of corrugated amplitude (x) of vibration grows considerably larger than a negative load side corrugation pulsates, some abnormality of a bearing 3 on the verge of occurrence can be presumed. As for a corrugation in a condition of metal contact brought about perfectly due to occurrence of poor lubrication on a thrust collar 2 and a guide bearing 3, the value of amplitude (x) of vibration of the corrugation grows larger and it turns into a special corrugation which has a definite negative side peak value and a linear negative side envelope curve -W, while a positive side envelope curve +W is largely vibrating. Lopsided hitting is thus generated and, as a result of restriction on whirling of an axis of the thrust collar 2, the negative side envelope curve -W becomes definite to form the special corrugation with unsymmetrical positive and negative sides.
