    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in the conventional connection structure of a cavity waveguide and a dielectric waveguide, the length of a through hole provided in a conductor plate can not be made shorter than the length of the inner wall of a cavity waveguide, and the connection structure can not be thereby miniaturized and reduced in weight.SOLUTION: In the connection structure of the dielectric waveguide mounted on the surface of a printed circuit board and the cavity waveguide attached to the back of the printed circuit board, the dielectric waveguide has a slot in which a conductor film is not formed and a dielectric is exposed on a face facing the printed circuit board, the printed circuit board has a via hole at a position facing the slot, the conductor plate is disposed between the printed circuit board and the cavity waveguide, the conductor plate has the through hole at a position facing the slot, and the through hole is formed so as to have an opening in which a width at a center part is narrower than a widths at both ends on the surface of the conductor plate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a magic T having excellent characteristics as a 180° hybrid circuit compactly by using a dielectric waveguide, and to enable the magic T to be mounted on a printed circuit board.
      SOLUTION: A hybrid includes: a dielectric waveguide 10 composed of a dielectric block of which the entire surface except a signal input/output unit is covered with a conductive film and having three ports configured by branching one end side of a signal propagation direction into two branches and a slot 11 for exposing dielectric on the bottom of the branch; a microstrip 14 having an opened and terminated tip which is opposed to the slot 11 of the dielectric waveguide through an interval; and a cavity in which the slot of the dielectric waveguide is composed of a conductor wall 17 surrounding the periphery of the tip of the microstrip except a portion, that is pulled out so as to be connected to an external circuit, of the microstrip.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a dielectric filter usable in a frequency band higher than 5 GHz.
      SOLUTION: The proposed filter is composed of bonded parallelopiped dielectrics 11 and 12, and input/output electrodes 13 and 14 are formed with the three sides surrounded by ground electrodes in contact with one side on one surface of each dielectric. Grounding electrodes 15 and 16 are formed as well on the other surfaces excepting for the bonding surface of the dielectrics 11 and 12 and the surface in contact with the input/output electrodes 13 and 14, and the filter is constituted by connecting the resonators on the bonding surface exposing the dielectrics. On the bonding surface, a conductor film 17 is formed for adjusting a connection between the resonators.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a filter which has sufficient filter characteristics in a high frequency band by providing an island-shaped conductor film on the surface of a dielectric block with an interval in a longitudinal direction, providing conductor films over almost the entire residual part of the surface and the other surfaces separating and insulating from the conductor film and extending a through hole on a surface which faces a surface on which input-output electrodes are formed. SOLUTION: Input-output electrodes 11 and 12 which are constituted of an island- shaped conductor film are formed on a surface that is the widest area of a dielectric block 10 of a rectangular parallelepiped with an interval placed and they are input- output electrodes. A conductor film 13 which surrounds the electrodes 11 and 12 around the electrodes 11 and 12 with 0.5 mm interval placed is formed over almost the entire surface except of the residual surface. Also, a conductor film is formed on all of the other surfaces except the surface on which the electrodes 11 and 12 are formed and is made conductive with the electrodes 11 and 12 that surround the film 13 and the whole is made a ground electrode. The electrodes 11 and 12 are connected to an input-output signal line. A through hole which extends to an opposite surface from the surface is formed between the electrodes 11 and 12.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a small sized resonator and filter requiring no adjustment, which is used for a high frequency band over 100MHz. CONSTITUTION:Conductor strip lines 11-14 each having one turn or over are formed to one side or both sides of a dielectric board 10 whose dielectric constant is comparatively high and a line capacitor is formed by making the conductor strip lines 11-14 close to each other or opposite to each other on the front side and the rear side so as to generate line capacity. One terminal is connected to an input/output terminal and the other end is opened. An LC parallel resonance circuit is formed by an inductance component of the conductor strip lines 11-14 and the line capacitor of the conductor strip lines 11-14 and the filter is obtained by forming the circuits in multi-stage. The input/output coupling capacitor is obtained by using the ends of the conductor strip lines 11, 13 and the conductor patterns 15, 16 on the rear side. Thus, the filter is obtained, which has an attenuation pole by one open end.
