SOLUTION: A slider 5a provided on the top surface of a supporting frame 2 comprises a main slider 7a at the center and auxiliary sliders 8, 8 at both end side parts. The main slider 7a is divided into three parts of a central slider 13 and two side sliders 14, 14. The thickness of the central slider 13 is made larger than that of the side sliders 14, 14. Instead, the thickness of a central spacer provided between the central slider 13 and supporting frame 2 is made smaller than that of the side spacers provided between each side slider 14 and the supporting frame 2.

SOLUTION: In an upper end part of an upper frame 4a constituting a pantograph, an intermediate part of a crown pipe 6a is supported. In the periphery of this crown pipe 6a, a hollow head unit 9a is elastically supported capable of being lifted slightly relating to this crown pipe 6a. Linear shafts 17 and springs 11a, for elastically supporting and for carrying a current conductors 12a in this way, are provided in the head unit 9a. Even at a high-speed operation time, in the periphery of the crown pipe 6a, linear shaft 17, spring 11a and the conductor 12a, air do not flow, and that reduction of air current noise can be attained by this amount.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a pantograph, which is light, can be stably operated, has the small contact loss ratio and can withstand speed-up and arcing flash by using the composite material of carbon-fiber reinforced plastic for the collector shoe part of the pantograph, setting the shape of the cross section arbitrarily, and adequately determining the thickness based on the physical property of the carbon fiber and a load on the pantograph. CONSTITUTION:As carbon fiber prepreg, HMF322/48A1 is used. The prepreg is cut into the width of 1,200mm. The prepreg is wound around a sqaure mandrel to the laminated thickness of about 2mm. A heat resisting rubber sheet is applied on the four surfaces of up and down and right and left of the laminated and wound prepreg. A shrink tape is wound on the upper side without a gap. Heating is performed at a hardening temperature of 120 deg.C for 2 hours, and the prepreg is reinforced. Then, the prepreg is slowly cooled to the room temperature. The hardened prepreg is removed from the mandrel. The square pipe made of the carbon-fiber reinforced plastic is obtained. The square pipe is used in the collector shoe part of the pantograph, and the high-performance contact loss ratio can be achieved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize a good contact by coupling a pair of rubber springs, having inner ends coupled with the upper face of a supporting bracket located at the upper end of a frame body, through a leaf spring with a pair of slider supporting brackets coupled with the outer ends of the rubber springs. CONSTITUTION:A supporting bracket 2 is fixed to the upper end of a frame body forming a pantograph. Coupling boards 12 contacting with one ends of rubber springs 3 are brought into contact with the opposite sides of the supporting bracket 2. The other ends of the rubber springs 3 are brought into contact with a pair of holding brackets 15 which are coupled through a leaf spring 22. The holding bracket 15 is secured through a bolt 19 and a nut 21 to the supporting bracket 2, and a slider sliding on a trolley (not shown) is fixed through a pin 16 to the inside thereof. Since the possibility of simultaneous contact or separation of a pair of front and rear sliders and the trolley is reduced, good current collection is realized.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pantograph for vehicles resistant to damage due to accumulations of snow and galvanic corrosion. SOLUTION: An upper frame 1 and a lower frame are made of aluminum, and the surfaces of the frames are anodized. The cross sections of the frames are protruded upward like a roof, and an upper frame tube 21 formed into T shape is fit to the upper end of the upper frame 1 to obtain a ceiling tube 23. A collector shoe support portion 24 is installed at the end of the ceiling tube 23, protruding from the upper frame tube 21. In the case an integrated collector shoe, obtained by coupling together a front collector shoe and a rear collector shoe using a coupling piece, is used, joining hardware is positioned over the balance and seat piece of the collector shoe supporting portion, and an insulating material for preventing the passage of current through ball bearings is placed in the path of electricity. A variable throttle valve is installed on the exhausting portion of a lowering cylinder, and an insulating material is installed in a raising spring for raising the framework and an oil damper for absorbing shock when the framework is folded.

The base 7b is connected to the extension part 6a of the main hull 6 in a state where the base end is closely brought into contact with the end face of the main folding board 3. Thus, current is prevented from concentrating on a connection part with the main hull. Then, the base is not deformed and an arc does not occur owing to heat generation.
