摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate confirmation and adjustment of alignment accuracy by setting the thickness of liner quickly when a levitation coil opposing directly to a magnetic levitation train is fixed to a panel. CONSTITUTION:The alignment measuring system comprises units 34, 40 for measuring the bolt fixing face of a panel, and units 32, 38 for imaging a levitation coil 14 fixed to the panel. A controller receives signals from the measuring units and operates the thickness of a liner to be applied on a coil fixing bolt with reference to the hole of a bolt projecting most from a reference plane. After the levitation coil 14 is fixed temporarily, the controller reads out CAD data of the levitation coil 14 previously defined by design values from a memory and superposes a design image data, described from same view point as the image data, onto the image data from the imaging units 32, 38 thus operating the shift between both images. These units are mounted on a travel base and a bolt fixing face on the panel side is measured in order to detect deviation from a panel reference plane thus setting the thickness of liner. Design value data of the levitation coil 14 and an imaging signal of the levitation coil 14 actually fixed are then subjected to image superposition and comparision through wire frame method and then planar shift is measured and alignment is adjusted.

CONSTITUTION:A defined position coordinate of a fluid analysis result in a three-dimensional space determined by difference calculus using a staggered mesh comprising a plurality of cells, is determined in an analysis space of analysis data used for graphics display. The coordinate value of a center point 7 of each cell is determined based on the width, depth, height of the three- dimensional space as well as the number of division of the mesh, and the coordinate value is used as a defined position of the analysis data. Vector values 1, 3, 5 of fluids in each cell divided into orthogonal components in three direction are used for vector values 2, 4, 6 of the fluid in the center point of the cell, and each vector value is determined by taking average for both components in the two cells before and after each directional component.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stereoscopically project a virtual image by vibrating a half mirror and consecutively magnifying or reducing the virtual image projected in an exhibition space in the depth direction of the exhibition space so that it may be displayed. CONSTITUTION:When a controller 36 receives the vertical synchronizing signal of a video signal, it transmits an actuation signal to an excitation device 34 in synchronism with the former signal. Next, the excitation device 34 is actuated based on the actuation signal and the half mirror 18 is consecutively vibrated in a vertical direction to the virtual image 20. Thus, the image 20 is magnified or reduced to be displayed in accordance with the vibrating and displacing quantity of the mirror 18 in the depth direction of the exhibition space 22 when it is viewed from an observer 16 side. Therefore, the virtual image 20 is stereoscopically projected by the afterimage effect of the virtual image 20 which is consecutively magnified or reduced to be displayed.

Further, the surface of the shellfish 10 on the feed conveyor is photographed by a photographing apparatus 20 and an image processing apparatus 26 measures the brightness distribution of the image of the shellfish taken by the photographing apparatus 20 and discriminates the surface shade and stripe pattern distribution of the shellfish from the brightness distribution to judge the grade of the shellfish. As a result, a grade can be classified without damaging shellfish such as a live clam and shellfish can be classified into accurate and fine grades.

摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive automatic discrimination between pieces of shells and shucked shellfishes, by measuring intensity and wave form of an absorption part and absorption width of an absorption signal in an X-ray image and discriminating the X-ray absorption parts due to the pieces of the shell and shucked shellfishes based on the measured values. CONSTITUTION:X-rays are irradiated to shucked shellfishes 14 in the respective buckets 24 on a bucket conveyor 18 in an X-ray irradiator 32. An X-ray image of the shucked shellfishes 14 is received by an X-fluorescent plate 36 emitting light by sensitizing to the X-rays of a receptor having the fluorescent plate 36. Further, the light emitted from the fluorescent plate 36 is converted into an electric signal by a photoelectric transfer element 38. The electric signal of the photoelectric transfer element 38 is amplified to a prescribed level in a signal processor 40 and then subjected to logarithmic conversion to measure the intensity, width and absorption wave form of an X-ray image absorption part of the above-mentioned transferred image signal. Thereby, X-ray image absorption parts of the shucked shellfishes and pieces of shells are discriminated based on the afore-mentioned measured values. Furthermore, a control signal is taken from the processor 40 in a selector 59 to operate the bucket 24 and remove the shucked shellfishes containing pieces of shells.

摘要： PURPOSE:To accurately photograph the outward shapes of the citrus fruits by photographing the citrus fruits irradiated with wavelength light in the infrared band by a camera which has sensitivity in the infrared band, detecting the outward shapes according to the video and sorting them by classes and grades. CONSTITUTION:The inverting device consisting of rotary disks 14 and 14 is provided on the transfer conveyor 10 of a sorting device 9 for the citrus fruits 12, a black light 20 is provided above it, and the infrared camera 22 having sensitivity in the infrared wavelength band is provided further above it. Then each citrus fruit 12 is photographed by the camera 22 and binary image processing is performed based upon its brightness component to measure the shape of the citrus fruit 12. When the fruit is photographed by the infrared- wavelength camera 22 like this, the fruit 12 is photographed without being affected by any discoloring part such as an irregularity of lighting, a local difference in color, a flaw etc., generated on its surface or local deformation. Consequently, the image of the outward shape of the fruit 12 is accurately extracted and they are securely sorted by the classes and grades.
