    • PURPOSE:To enhance the perceptivity of an indication mark by forming the external light reflecting art of a light penetration part of a display layer, which is put over the surface of a beam trimming layer, from an ink print reflex layer and a metal reflex layer interposed between this ink print reflex layer and the beam trimming layer. CONSTITUTION:A light control film 1 consists of a beam trimming layer 2 and a display layer 9. The beam trimming layer 2 is made from a clear resin 18, and inside of it a light shutting partition wall 7 is incorporated. The display layer 9 is formed from a light shutting layer 8 provided over the surface of the beam trimming layer 2 and a light penetration part 4. As an external light reflecting part 3, a reflex layer 5 consisting of a number of micro-points ink- printed on the surface of the beam trimming layer 2 and a metal reflex layer 6 to perfectly shut the penetrative light between this reflex layer 5 and the beam trimming layer 2 are formed in this light penetration part 4. Thereby the beam from the front surface is reflected certainly by the reflex layer 5, while the beam from the rear surface is prevented from penetration and diffusion at the same layer 5.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain such a light control film that even light which is transmitted through the curved peripheral part can be seen clearly by arranging a plane light adjusting plate at the inner part of a curved display plate. CONSTITUTION:The light control film is constituted by combining the curved display plate 2 and plane light adjusting plate 3 and the curved display plate 2 consists of a light-transmissive layer 9, a light shielding layer 12 as a light shielding part 10 constituting the surface layer of the light-transmissive layer 9, and an external light reflecting layer 8 which has light transmissivity as a transparent part 7. As for light which irradiates the light adjusting plate 3 and is diffused by a diffusion transmissive layer 4, part of the light to be transmitted through the light adjusting layer 5 slantingly strikes on a light shielding partition wall 6 is absorbed and only parallel light is transmitted, so that the visibility does not deteriorate even if the external light reflecting layer 8 as a display part is formed at the peripheral part. Consequently, the light control film 1 which has the excellent display visibility irrelevantly to the position of the display part is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the incidence of the reflected light of external light on operator's eyes by fixing and disposing light shielding partition layers over the entire surface on one side of transparent layers and forming the surfaces of the transparent layers in light transmission parts in such a manner that said surfaces intersect diagonally with the side walls of the light transparent parts at a prescribed steep angle. CONSTITUTION:A light control film 1 is constituted of the transparent layers 2 and the light shielding partition layers 3 and the light shielding partition layers 3 are fixed and disposed over the entire surface on one side of the transparent layers 2. The light shielding partition layers 3 are made of a photosensitive resin or metal product subjected to etching, etc. the entire surface thereof is subjected to a light absorption treatment such as coating of a light absorbent thereto. The surfaces 4 of the transparent layers 2 in the light transmission parts 6 are so formed as to intersect diagonally with the side walls 5 of the light transmission parts at the prescribed steep angle theta. The light from an optical display part enters the light transmission parts 6 but only the light approximately parallel with the light transmission parts 6 is selectively transmitted therethrough and the diagonal light beams L1, L2 except said light are absorbed by the light shielding partition layers 3 and only the parallel light L0 is transmitted to the view point side. The light is thus controlled. The external light reflection areas are thereby deviated to the outside from the visible range and are prevented from entering the eyes.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent unexposed parts and exposed parts of a photosensitive resin layer from remaining in space parts when an auxiliary layer consisting of a photosensitive resin is stripped by providing said auxiliary layer to at least the bottom surface of the photosensitive resin layer constituting the body of a louver and subjecting these layers to exposing and developing. CONSTITUTION:The film-like auxiliary layer 12 consisting of the photosensitive resin is laminated on a base film 11 and further the photosensitive resin layer 13 is laminated thereon. A negative film 14 having a prescribed pattern is superposed thereon and UV rays 15 are irradiated there on to simultaneously expose the resin layer 13 and the auxiliary layer 12. The exposed parts of the resin layer 13 remain and rectangular projections 13a are formed when the unexposed parts are removed by development. Remaining parts 12a are formed to the layer 12 in this stage. Only the projections 13a remain when said parts are stripped and therefore a light absorptive material is stuck over the entire surface to form light shielding parts 16. A light shielding plate A arranged, at prescribed intervals, with the projections 13a coated with the light shielding parts 16 is thus obtd. The spaces between the projections 13a are space parts 17 through which rays are transmitted.
