    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the sampling of a fixed amount of water with a fixed temperature in a short time, by draining water from an outer tank which holds water of a fixed temperature to a fixed level until it reaches the prescribed level after supplied excessively into an inner tank. CONSTITUTION:While solenoid valves 14 and 15 communicating with a hot water tank 16 are opened and closed measuring the temperature of water in an outer tank 11 with a sensor 28, water is agitated with the rotation of a motor 24 to adjust the temperature thereof to a specified level. Then, a pump 38 is driven to supply water in the outer tank 11 excessively into an inner tank 30 and then, a pipe 44 is moved vertically with a lift mechanism 55 according to the necessary amount of water. Then, with solenoid valves 47 and 49 opened, a pump 51 is driven to drain excessive water outside and water of a fixed temperature is sampled by a prescribed amount. Thereafter, the rise in the temperature of water in the inner tank 30 is measured with a temperature sensor 28 stirring water in the inner tank 30 with an agitator 36 thereby enabling the measurement of heat generated from a sample to be measured.

    • PURPOSE:To enable easy sampling of a fixed amount of water in a short time, by inserting a cylinder body into an outer tank where water with a fixed temperature is held up to a fixed level to separate water inside the cylinder body from water outside it. CONSTITUTION:Solenoid valves 14, 15 and 21, a stirring motor 23 and the like are operated with an aid of a temperature sensor 27 and a water level sensor 26 to obtain a fixed amount of water with a fixed temperature in an outer tank 11. Then, a cylinder body 12 is inserted into the outer tank 11 to be placed tightly on a valve seat 13. With such an arrangement, water can be sampled into the cylinder body 12 at the level the same as that of water which has risen depending on the volume of the cylinder body 12 and that of a pump 33 with respect to the water level previously kept constant in the outer tank 11. In this case, the water in the cylinder body 12 is shut down completely from the water outside the cylinder body. Thereafter, the cylinder body 12 is covered with a lid 35 and the rise in the temperature within the cylinder body 12 with a temperature sensor 39 stirring water therein 12 with an agitator 38 equipped with a fin 37 on a rotating shaft of a motor 36. Thus, the heat generated from a sample to be measured can be measured.
