    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise and lower a gridiron reliably as a receiver is put in and out. SOLUTION: A gas grill is equipped with a heating chamber for accommodating stuff to be cooked and heating and cooking it with heat of combustion of a burner, a gridiron whereon the stuff is placed in the heating chamber and a receiver which is so provided below the gridiron as to receive the grease from the grilled stuff and slid in and out of the heating chamber together with the gridiron. In the course of pushing in the receiver 30, in this case, a contact part 8b of a fixed metal fitting 8 comes into contact with a U-shaped lower part 3j of a gridiron support frame 6 and rotates the frame 6 according to a pushed-in position, so as to raise the gridiron 20. In the course of pulling out the receiver, an engaging part 8c of the fixed metal fitting engages with the U-shaped lower part 3j of the gridiron support frame 6 and rotates the frame 6 according to a pulled-out position, so as to lower the gridiron 20.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main stop type water heater in which it is prevented from being frozen and damaged with a simplified structure even without drain operation and is again useable at all times. SOLUTION: Once ignition operation is applied to a main stop type water heater and water is supplied to a heat exchanger 1 through a water supply passage 3, a gate valve 9 opens a hot water output passage 5, and an atmosphere opening valve 8 interrupts hot water output passage 7 from the atmosphere, and further hot water heated with the heat exchanger 1 is guided to the flexible hot water output tube 5 for water output. Once the water supply is interrupted, the gate valve 9 confines the hot water in the hot water output passage 7, and the atmosphere opening valve 8 opens the hot water output passage 7 located downstream the gate valve 9 to the atmosphere, and further hot water existent downstream the gate valve 9 including the flexible hot water output tube 5 is substituted for air and is automatically drained to the outside of the apparatus. When predetermined temperature or lower is achieved, power is supplied to an electric heater 34 for heat production to insulate a water passage.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quench performance by a flame trap. SOLUTION: When an ignition is effected in a grill chamber 11, flame is also spread to the exhaust port 15 side. Air induced by an equalizing plate 18 is sucked in an exhaust gas flow passage through an air hole 17 by a rise flow of exhaust gas and unburnt gas in an exhaust gas flow passage is burnt in a spot situated upper stream from a flame trap 16, whereby an amount of unburnt gas flowing out to an external part from the frame trap 16 is reduced. Further, by causing a flow of cold air induced by the equalizing plate 18 to a part of the flame trap 16, the increase of the temperature of the flame trap 16 is suppressed, whereby when unburnt gas flows through the flame trap 16, heat is absorbed to decrease temperature. Thus, flame can be quenched in a place above the flame trap 16 without re-igniting unburnt gas.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a solenoid operated type safety valve close in the case when the bottom of a cookpot is overheated or when a positive characteristic thermistor in a temperature sensor falls in a short-circuit failure, by a simple constitution, in a gas table heater equipped with the temperature sensor coming into contact with the bottom of the cookpot and with the solenoid operated type safety valve. SOLUTION: A gas table heater 1 is equipped with a burner 18, a thermal generation element 16 generating a thermal electromotive force by utilizing the burning of the burner, a boosting circuit 8 boosting the voltage of the thermal electromotive force on the basis of the oscillation of an oscillating part 9 and a storage battery 15 charged with the boosted thermal electromotive force. The oscillating part 9 is constructed of an astable multivibrator and conducts the oscillation dependently on the resistance value of a positive characteristic thermistor 11. In the case when the positive characteristic thermistor 11 reaches a prescribed temperature or when it falls in a short-circuit failure, the resistance value thereof changes and the oscillating part 9 stops the oscillation. Therefore boosting stops in the boosting circuit 8 and a solenoid operated type safety valve 12 is made to close.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a simple and low cost safety device for a table top type cooking heater. SOLUTION: An inlet port of a gas supplying pipe 5 of a table top type cooking heater 1 is provided with a master electromagnetic valve 6 having two windings of a holding winding 6a and a self adsorption winding 6b. To each of cooking heaters 3 and 4 are connected thermocouples 11 and 12 near gas burners 3b and 4b and also each of PTC thermistors 13 and 14 contacted with a central part of a pan bottom portion to detect a pan bottom temperature and make a rapid increasing of an electrical resistance value at a set temperature. Each of the thermocuples 11 and 12 is connected to magnet type electromaagnetic valves 8 and 9, its valve forcedly opened by a thermo- electromotive force produced by heating at the gas burners 3b and 4b is retracted and held. PTC thermistors 13 and 14 are connected in series with a holding winding 6a of the master electroagnetic valve 6 and constitute a gas control circuit 15 together with a battery cell 17. At this gas control circuit 15, an electrical energization control for two windings is carried out by an electrical energization control means 16 cooperating with an igniting operation for each of ignition and continuous combustion.

A differential rotary speed computation means is installed to compute the difference against a non-combustion time rotary speed of the fan motor 16a detected when the fan motor 16a is driven at a definite current. A rotary speed adding means is installed to add the computed differential rotary speed to the rotary speed during the combustion time of the combustion equipment 13. A rotary speed control means is installed, which turns the fan motor 16a based on the rotary speed added during the combustion time of the combustion equipment 13. This construction makes it possible to halt the operation of the combustion equipment 13 when the gas clogging has advanced during the supply and exhaust of air.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a bath tub automatic hot water feeding device having a fast hot water feeding function capable of filling hot water to a bath tub in a short period of time under a combination of a hot water feeding gas burner and an additional boiling gas burner. CONSTITUTION: This invention relates to a bath tub automatic hot water feeding device which has a heat exchanger 3 comprising a water feeding pipe 1 and a hot water discharging pipe 2, and a gas burner 4 for heating the heat exchanger 3, and further there are provided a hot water feeding part A for supplying hot water to a bath tub 41 and an additional boiling part B for heating either water or remained hot water within the bath tub 41. Accordingly, there are provided a bypassing pipe 6 for bypassing the heat exchanger 3 and a bypassing water solenoid valve 11 arranged in the bypassing pipe 6, hot water is supplied from the hot water feeding part A to the bath tub 41 and concurrently the bypassing water solenoid valve 11 is opened to feed water from the bypassing pipe 6 toward the bath tub 41 and upon an amount of hot water within the bath tub 41 reaches such a level as one where the additional boiling can be attained, the additional boiling with the additional boiling part B is started. In addition, this device comprises a bypassing water governor 12 for restricting a flow rate of the bypassing pipe 6 to such a flow rate in which the additional hot water feeding is completed in the shortest period of time.
