The output of a sensor 5 installed in the neighborhood of the door can be also entered, and alike a notification can be given to an air-conditioning control device 2.

SOLUTION: The case body, comprising an upper case portion 11 and a lower case portion 12, is molded integrally with a coupler frame body comprising an upper coupler frame body 15 and a lower coupler frame body 16. The coupler frame body has a shape with the frame body having both an outline for five-pole connector 19 and an outline for 10-pole connector 20, so that five- pole connector 19 or a 10-pole connector 20 can be fit thereto. As a result, even if a connector of different shape is employed according to the number of poles of an internal circuit, the connector can be accommodated using one type of case body. The common use of case bodies requires only one type of mold for resin molding of case bodies and thus reduces the part cost of the case body, which reduces the cost of the motor actuator itself.
