摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformly disperse flat type soft magnetic powder and to improve magnetic shielding property by a method wherein amorphous alloy soft magnetic powder having specific thickness and grain distribution is formed. CONSTITUTION:Soft magnetic powder to be used for a magnetic shield is formed of amorphous alloy soft magnetic grains. These alloy soft magnetic grains consist of 35wt.% or more of the grains having the grain diameter of 10-50mum for the whole soft magnetic powder, they contain 0.5wt.% or less of grains having the diameter exceeding 88mum, and 10wt.% or less of grain having the diameter of 3mum or less. Moreover, these alloy soft magnetic grains are flat- shaped generally, and their average thickness is 0.01-1mum. When the major axis of said flat-shaped grains is set as (a) on their main surface form, and that their minor axis is set as (b), and it is desirable that the average axial ratio of a/b is set at the value as large as possible as 1.2 or above when a directivity is required for the magnetic shield. The soft magnetic powder obtained as above can be dispersed uniformly in high density into a bonding agent.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic shielding material having a sufficient magnetic shielding effect even if it is made small in thick and consequently suitable for speakers, CRTs, and so forth by a method wherein amorphous alloy magneti cally soft particles to which average thickness and a ratio of average outer diameter to average thickness are specified are combined with polyurethane with a specified filling ratio. CONSTITUTION:Amorphous alloy magnetically soft particles to be used are specified to be 0.01-1mum in average thickness and 10-10000 in a ratio of aver age outer diameter to average thickness. Next, 60-95% by weight of the particles is mixed with polyurethane as a binding agent to form a magnetic shielding material. Here, the amorphous alloy is composed of ferromagnetic transition metal such as Fe, Co, Ni, or the like and semimetal such as B, Si C, or the like, and three elements, Fe-B-Si, are preferably utilized. And, the polyurethane as the binding agent is a polyaddition product formed of multiva lent isocyanate and polyol compound, and 2,4-toluen diisocyanate is used as the multivalent isocyanate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the dispersibility of magnetic shield properties into a bonding agent by specifying not only the average thickness, the average aspect ratio, and the particle diameters of particles but also the kind of a bonding agent in the cases of flat, amorphous alloy soft magnetic particles which have a large shield effect on a magnetic field in the specific direction as well as magnetic shield materials consisting of the bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:Amorphous alloy soft magnetic particles having an average thickness 0.01-1mum is used as a magnetic powder and a bonding agent which cures radiation setting type compounds comprising an ethylenic double bond by radiation is used as a binder. Further, an aspect ratio of particles is more than 10 and respective diameters of the particles are distributed as follows: the particles having the diameters 10-50mum are in the amount of 35wt.% or more; those having diameters exceeding 88mum are 0.5wt.% or less; and those having diameters less than 3mum are 16wt.% or less. Moreover, an average ratio of long axes to short axes of the particles becomes 1.2 or more. This material is superior in magnetic shielding properties and the particles are hardened without taking a long time and the resultant magnetic shield material exhibits high resistance to weather and endurance.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic recording medium which can effectively prevent recording information from being altered and a method for recording and reproducing the magnetic recording medium. SOLUTION: This medium has a recording medium formed of crystalline alloy containing Fe and Al. This recording material consists of Fe and Al by >=90 atomic % in total and the atomic ratio Al/(Fe+Al) is 0.30 to 0.45. This recording material varies from an irregular phase to a regular phase by being heated. The saturated magnetism of this recording material is >=45 emu/g before being heated and decreases by >=35 emu/g owing to the heating. This recording material has dark parts observed in a bright field image of a transmission type electron microscope; and the dark parts occupy the recording material at a 15 to 60% area ratio and the maximum width of the dark parts is 10 to 200 nm.

The arraying patterns of these heating bars 41 are changed by putting the non-heating bars 42 existing between the heating bars 41 into a heated state, by which information recording is executed.
