摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance device by which a high inductance can be obtained under a large amount of current and the connection resistance to a pattern conductor can be reduced. SOLUTION: A first magnetic core 1 and a second magnetic core 2 exhibiting different magnetic properties are assembled with surface contact between at least one face of each. The first magnetic core 1 has at least one groove 11 on its contact face. The groove 11 is open at both sides of the magnetic core. A conductor 3 is placed inside the groove 11 and its major part is surrounded by the first and second magnetic cores 1 and 2. Ends of the conductor 3 which are led out of the groove 11 are provided with terminals 301 and 302 for connection to outside. 摘要： PURPOSE:To expand an unsaturated region for a B-H characteristic while magnetic characteristics such as magnetic permeability, iron loss and the like are maintained without forming a gap in a magnetic core by installing the magnetic core where a film of alkali silicate glass is laid between thin bands of an Fe- based amorphous magnetic alloy. CONSTITUTION:A choke coil has a magnetic core of a wound body where a film of alkali silicate glass is laid between thin bands of an Fe-based amorphous magnetic alloy. The thin bands are obtained by a high-speed quenching method and their thickness is 10-100mum. In order to lay the film of alkali silicate glass between the bands, it is preferable to use a method to immerse the wound body of the Fe-based amorphous magnetic alloy in water glass. Alternatively, the wound body may be formed after the thin bands has been coated with water glass. The water glass is a thick aqueous solution of alkali silicate glass, and contains 23-37wt.% SiO2, 6-18wt.% Na2O and/or K2O; it is preferable that 0.03-0.05wt.% Fe2O3 and about 0.2% or less of an insoluble part are contained additionally.

A magnetic shield material contains the soft magnetic powder, which is obtained as above, and a bonding agent, and soft magnetic powder is dispersed in the bonding agent.
