    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sieving method and a sieving apparatus by which sieving precision and sieving efficiency can be improved and deterioration of ceramic granules, which are object to be sieved, for dry pressure molding can be suppressed and clogging of the meshes for sieveing can be lessened.
      SOLUTION: Ceramic granules are mounted on the top face of a mesh 40 for sieving and while the ceramic granules being moved three-dimensional circular movement on the mesh 40 for sieving, brush bristles 52a of brushes 10a, 10b are brought into contact with the mesh 40 to prevent clogging of the mesh 40 and sieve the ceramic granules.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain coated bodies of ferrite granules, capable of providing a high density ferrite electronic part having homogeneous and excellent electromagnetic characteristics, further to obtain a molded product the coated bodies of the ferrite granules obtained by using the ferrite granule coated body, formed by a pressure forming by using a low forming pressure, without impairing the life of the mold, and capable of providing a ferrite electronic part which has the before properties, and further to provide the high density ferrite electronic part excellent in electromagnetic characteristics by using the molded product. SOLUTION: This material for producing a high density ferrite electronic part comprises coated bodies of ferrite granules having at least a part of the surfaces coated with a hexitan ester of a higher fatty acid. The amount of the hexitan ester of the higher fatty acid is in the range of 0.1-3.0 wt.% based on the weight of the ferrite granule. The production method of the high density ferrite electronic part comprises granulating the ferrite powder, adding the hexitan ester of the higher fatty acid to the obtained granules, bringing both into contact with each other thoroughly to coats at least a part of the surfaces of the ferrite granule with the hexitan ester of the higher fatty acid. The formed body for producing the high density ferrite electronic part consists of the formed product of the coated bodies of the ferrite granuless having at least a part of the surfaces coated with the texitan ester of the higher fattey acid.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce scattering of an electron emitting material by ion sputtering, and lengthen the service life of a lamp by arranging one or more places of projecting materials on an inside surface of a conductive electrode vessel filled with an aggregate structure filler composed of the electron emitting material, and projecting these projecting materials from the surface of the aggregate structure filler. SOLUTION: A projecting part 2 is arranged on the inside surface of a conductive electrode vessel 1, and the tip of the projecting part 2 is projected to a surface of an aggregate structure filler 3 in the conductive electride vessel 1. It is formed in a shape which discharge is started from the tip of the electric charge concentrating projecting part 2 at lighting time and the discharge transfers to the aggregate structure filler 3 in the next place. Therefore, the discharge can be quickly transferred to arc discharge from glow discharge at lighting time, and ion sputtering caused in a glow discharge condition at lighting time can be restrained, and since the aggregate structure filler 3 hardly falls off, particularly, the on-off service life of a fluorescent lamp can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate solder bridge at the time of soldering to a printed board by connecting the inner electrode internally through a hole made through a ceramic layer and forming the terminal electrodes only at the opposite end parts on the surface and the rear surface to be soldered. CONSTITUTION:The ceramic chip device comprises a multilayer ceramic capacitor body 11 and terminal electrodes 12, 12' and 13, 13'. The body 11 comprises dielectric ceramic layers 14-1,... 14-7 and inner electrodes 15-1, 15-2, 15-3 and 16-1, 16-2, 16-3 of conductor layers formed therebetween. The inner electrodes 15-1, 15-2 and 15-3 are connected through a through hole 17 with the terminal electrodes 12, 12' whereas the inner electrodes 16-1, 16-2 and 16-3 are connected through a through hole 18 with the terminal electrodes 13, 13' thus forming a capacitor as a whole. This structure eliminates solder bridge at the time of soldering to a printed board thus inhibiting production of failed product.
