摘要： PURPOSE: To allow a customer to confirm the condition of oil supply of his car even in the interior of a station by a method wherein start of oil supply, suspension of oil supply, and restart of oil supply are indicated by means of an outdoor indicator, while start of oil supply, completion of oil supply, and completion of accounts are indicated by means of an indoor indicator. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor indicator 41 disposed outdoor receives a signal which is outputted at the time of start of oil supply to indicate start of oil supply and indicates suspension of oil supply when oil supply is suspended by receiving a signal and indicates restart of oil supply at the time of restart of oil supply and indicates completion of oil supply when receiving a signal which is outputted when an oil supply nozzle 17 is hooked on a nozzle hanger 19. On the other hand, an indoor indicator 45 receives a signal which is outputted at the time of start of oil supply to indicate start of oil supply and receives a signal which is outputted when the nozzle 17 is hooked on the hanger 19 to indicate completion of oil supply and receives a signal which is outputted when oil supply ticket is issued to indicate completion of accounts. Thus a customer can confirm the condition of oil supply in the interior of a station so that a satisfactory service can be provided by a small number of workers.

SOLUTION: This hanging type refueling device is equipped with a metering machine 1, and a pump control device 23 which operates a submergible pump 24 by a refueling demanding signal from the metering machine 1. The metering machine 1 receives the feeding of a liquid from a refueling pipe 8 which is connected to the discharging port of the submergible pump 24 being provided on a fuel storage tank 25 by a leakage detecting valve 26, and is equipped with a refueling hose 15 to the tip of which a refueling nozzle 14 is connected, a reel 13 which vertically moves the refueling nozzle, a cam switch 17 which detects the location of the refueling nozzle 14, and a refueling control means 20 which drives the reel 13 when a lowering signal of the refueling nozzle 14 is input first time after the turning on of a main power source switch 29, and outputs a refueling demanding signal, and also, stops the reel 13 by a signal from the cam switch 17, and simultaneously outputs a refueling completion signal. When the main power source 29 is turned on at the start of business, and the lowering signal of the refueling nozzle 14 is input, a refueling demanding signal is automatically output, and the submergible pump 24 operates, and the opening of the leakage detecting valve 26 is completed by the time when the refueling nozzle 14 descends to a refueling possible location.

CONSTITUTION:A motor 10 is supplied with electric power for commercial motive power through a first switch 24 installed in the office 20, whereas a control means 12 and a display-driving means 16 are supplied with electric power for commercial illumination through a second switch 26. The display- driving means 16 has the function of blanking which is effected by a signal from a voltage detective means 15 of the power for motive power. When the power for motive power is cut off to stop an apparatus, the motor 10 stops operating but the control means 12 and the display-driving means 16 are kept in a working condition with supply of power from the other system; the display- driving means is kept in a working condition, with the display 18 stopped from working by the blanking function, so that by virtue of Joule heat the temperature can be maintained in the operatable range independent of the outside air temperature.
