    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration and noise caused by the pulsating motion of a pump without increase of the weight, by providing a pumping part in a main body and forming a volute part installing a volute chamber and a filter part adjacent to the volute part so as to make cylindrical bodies and providing ribs in the filter part. SOLUTION: The upper end of the flow passage forming in the passage extending upward from a pump part 33 installed in the main body 30 of a pumping unit reaches the cylindrical volute part 36 forming a volute chamber. A cylindrical filter part 37 installed adjacently to the volute part 36 in the horizontal direction to contain the filter in the inside is reinforced by ribs R. A bypass valve part 39 containing a bypass valve connecting the filter chamber in the filter part 37 and the passage 7 at the pump inlet side, is a screw-in type and it is installed between the pump part 33 in the main body 30 and the filter part 37. Since pulsatory motions are not generated even if the wall is thin, owing to the ribs provided in the filter particularly having a large radius, the material can be reduced and a sturdy pumping part without pulsation can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE: To increase the capacity of a gas-liquid separator and miniaturize it, by making a small hole for flowing-out of the gas-liquid mixture stream on the wall face closing one end of a voltex chamber, and connecting the other end thereof to a strainer chamber and providing a cylindrical member connected to the vortex chamber in the strainer chamber. CONSTITUTION: The pressurized oil by a pump 6 is led from the flow pass 8 of the exit side to the vortex chamber 10 of the gas-liquid separator 9 to generate a vortex flow. The gas-liquid mixture flows from the small hole 13a to the float chamber 21 through a flow pass 20. In this time, since a flange 12a serving as a preventive member against rotation thereof is provided at the downstream side of the cylindrical member 11, the capacity of gas-liquid separation is increased. Oil bearing no gas passes a strainer 14 and opens the control valve 18 and flows to the discharge opening 0. The mixture led in the float chamber 21 is separated to gas and liquid and the gas is discharged to the outside from an air-vent V. When a certain volume of oil is retained in the float chamber 21, the float valve 22 is opened and the oil is returned back from the flow pass 23 to the underground tank through a strainer 2.
