CONSTITUTION:This method for treating the residual ready-mixed concrete is to dehydrate a sludge obtained by separating an aggregate from wash water used for washing the return ready-mixed concrete or a concrete mixer truck with a filter press 1 without storing thereof in a storage tank for a long period, then retreat a movable plate 17, drop the resultant dehydrated cake 16 downward, bring the dropped dehydrated cake into contact with a tilted cake receiving plate 3, lay down the dehydrated cake, stop the laid down dehydrated cake with a stopper 11, subsequently make a receiving plate 3 horizontal with an elevating ram 10, simultaneously lower the dehydrated cake onto a turntable 2 with a cake lifting and lowering ram 9, sprinkle a powdery substance such as cake powder or stone dust on the dehydrated cake 16, place each dehydrated cake into a multilayered form, cure the prepared dehydrated cakes for a prescribed time, then cut the cured dehydrated cakes 16 into a square form with a cutter 5 of a cutting machine 4 and store the produced crushed cakes in a storage truck 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously and effectively treat the harmful materials between two poles by dividing the cake promptly dehydrated in a ready mixed concrete plants to a solid of a specific moisture content and sludge, forming the solid to granular cake as a purifying agent for the waste gases of the incineration furnace of a waste incineration plant, mixing the sludge with the flying ashes generated in the waste incineration plants and solidifying the mixture. SOLUTION: The place exclusive of the incineration plants is provided with an amalgamated treatment plant. The cake of the ready mixed concrete plants at plural points is carried thereto where the uniform granular cake having about 25% moisture content is formed. The cake is transported to the water incineration plants and is used as the purifying agent. The flying ashes generated in the incineration plants are recovered and are brought to the amalgamated treatment plant where the flying ashes are mixed with the activated sludge having the moisture content of about 60% and the mixture is solidified for the purpose of preventing the elution of the harmful materials. The diversion of ready mixed concrete facilities as the amalgamated treatment facilities is mostly possible as well in the areas where the ready mixed concrete plants are excess and, therefore, the one plant in the group may be switched to the amalgamated treatment plant. In addition, the groups of the ready mixed concrete plants may be categorized to a larger group in a wider range with the plural waste incineration plants as objects for selection.

    • PURPOSE:To inclinedly raise a viscous material easily by fitting a screw cylinder into a screw vane from diagonally upward and sealing the top of a trough with a cover. CONSTITUTION:A screw 3 in which screw vanes 2 are continuously fixed to a rotary shaft 1, and a screw cylinder 7 in which vane boards 5 fitted in the screw vanes 2 are surroundingly provided around a rotary shaft 4 in a spiral and cylindrical form and supported by the shaft 4 through shafts 6, are provided. The upper end of the section of a laterally longer trough 8, which extends in the right and left direction, is partly expanded out 9 in an arc form, and screw 3 is provided in the bottom part of the trough 8 while the screw cylinder 7 provided in the diagonally upper part of the screw 3 is fitted into it, both of these being supported by the both side boards of the trough 8. A throw-in port 11 is connected to one end of the trough 8 while a discharge port 12 is connected to the other end, and a top cover 13 is provided on the top of the trough 8. A prime mover 16 is provided on the top, near one side of the top cover 13 and is moved interlocked with the screw 3, while also interlockedly rotating the screw cylinder 7 in the opposite direction to, and at the same speed as the screw 3. Thereby inclinedly raising conveyance of a viscous material can be simplified.

    • PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency in delivering dehydrated cake and to facilitate cleaning of a water suction pipe, by providing a rotary crusher and a conveyor for ejection in a crushing chamber provided below a dehydrator, and enabling the supply of high pressure water for cleaning to the water suction pipe of a slurry pump.
      CONSTITUTION: The front plate 10 of a crushing chamber 15 for dehydrated cake is turnable forward when detaining fittings are removed and therefore the maintenance and inspection of a dehydrator 14, rotary crushers 16, 16' and a bottom screw are easy. On the other hand, the filter water by the dehydrator 14 is conducted through the draining pipe of each filter frame 11 and through a draining passage 20 provided on the outside surface of the plate 19 into a dehydration tank 24 where the water is stored. A draining valve 30 is communicated with the front end of the water suction pipe 28 of a slurry pump 26 which supplies the feed sewage in a feed sewage storage tank 2 to the dehydrator 14 and a high pressure pump 31 for feeding water to the gland packing of the pump 26 is communicated with a high pressure water valve 32 for cleaning provided to the pipe 28. The inside of the pipe 28 is cleaned by the water in the tank 24 according to need.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a substitute for quicklime and slaked lime which is used as an absorbent of a garbage furnace at a low cost by a method wherein sludge in which an aggregate is taken away from ready-mixed concrete, is applied to a dehydrator, a dehydrated cake is crushed to a granular material, and the granular material is used as an absorbent for hydrogen chloride in flue gas of the garbage furnace. SOLUTION: A ready-mixed concrete sludge which is generated generally evening is dehydrated. When a moisture content reaches 25% to 28%, hardness quickly increases as hydration proceeds it becomes a massive material difficult to be crushed on the next morning. Therefore, on the dehydration treatment, a buffer net is disposed in tension below a cake dropping from a filter press to make the cake easy to be crushed. Further, a means for prevention of piling up mountainously such as scattering the dropping cake or the like is taken. Then, the cake after dehydration, after, for example, 4 to 5 days curing time, is applied to a crusher, and crushed to a granular state. The granulated material is used as a substitute for quicklime and slaked lime which are conventionally used as an absorbent for hydrogen chloride in flue gas of a garbage furnace.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dehydrating efficiency by reducing loss time in dehydration by a method wherein an air cylinder is used for motive power which slides in no loading time a movable plate pushing a filter plate being under a separated state, and besides, in a pressurizing stage, the filter plate is pressurized by extension of a hydraulic flat jack. SOLUTION: In a filter press wherein a plurality of filter plates 3 and a movable plate 4 are placed bridging over a pair of left and right fixed frames 1, 1', a main air cylinder 5 is provided to an opposed side of a filter plate direction of the movable plate 4. Then, the movable plate 4 is advanced, and then, a support rod 6 is bridged over a ram of the main air cylinder 5. The support rod 6, when it is made horizontal with an auxiliary air cylinder 7, makes the support rod 6 abut against a ram head 8 of the main air cylinder 5, and a load of the movable plate 4 is supported with the support rod 6. A hydraulic flat jack 9 is built in the movable plate 4, the movable plate 4 is pushed with pressurizing oil supplied from a compact hydraulic pump 10, and a slurry pump 10 is started under this state to start dehydration.
