    • PURPOSE: To produce L-aspartic acid economically or an industrial scale, by preparing a microbial strain having high aspartase activity by self-cloning technique, and contacting the microorganisms with furamic aid and ammonia.
      CONSTITUTION: A deoxyribonucleic acid carrying the gene information of aspartase and separated from microorganisms belonging to Serratia genus is integrated in a plasmid, and the obtained hydbrid plasmid is inserted into a microorganism belonging to Serratia genus. The obtained microbial strain is made to contact with fumaric acid and ammonia. The cultured liquid of the microorganism, the microbial cell collected from the liquid, or treated microbial cell may be used in place of the microbial cell itself.

    • 目的:通过自身克隆技术制备具有高天冬氨酸活性的微生物菌株,并将微生物与呋虫胺和氨接触,从而经济地或者工业规模生产L-天冬氨酸。 构成:携带天冬氨酸酶的基因信息并从属于沙雷氏菌属的微生物分离的脱氧核糖核酸整合入质粒中,将得到的杂交质粒插入属于沙雷氏菌属的微生物中。 使得到的微生物菌株与富马酸和氨接触。 可以使用微生物的培养液,从液体收集的微生物细胞或经处理的微生物细胞代替微生物细胞本身。
