摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a device inside a case from being directly affected by rain or dust coming from a coin throw-in port. SOLUTION: The coin throw-in port 6 with an open top is arranged on the upper surface board 5 of the case 2 and a shutter board 17 supported to be freely rocking possible is arranged in the lower part of the port 6. The shutter board 7 is normally held to be inclined in right by an angle α from a horizontal direction through the use of a weight 28. A tongue 25 where its tip part 25b becomes adjacent to the rear surface part 33 of the case 2 is arranged in the lower part of the tip of the board 17.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve service ability and to prevent staining of a card. SOLUTION: A card gliding passage 8 is provided with a card inserting opening 9 which is formed by a gliding wall 5, a gliding member 11 and both side walls 6 in a card holding body 2. A lock lever which is freely movable forward and backward by an electromagnetic solenoid 37 so as to lock the lower end of an IC card 50 is arranged in the gliding passage 8. Holding parts 15 and 16 opposed to the gliding member 11 are integrally formed so as to cover the front surfaces of the both side parts of the IC card 50 locked by the lock lever. An inclined wall 18 which is successively provided in the gliding wall 5 so as to move backward is formed in the lower part of the lock lever. The lower part and the front side of the inclined wall 18 are covered by the both side walls 6 and 7 and holding walls 21 and 22 and, a pocket part 23 for containing the returned card is formed.

摘要： PURPOSE: To stabilize contact pressure and to prevent the occurrence of a contact fault by providing an energizing means energizing a moving piece to a card insertion path surface-side and setting a back-side to abut on a card insertion path surface. CONSTITUTION: When an IC card 1 is inserted from a card insertion port 6 into a card insertion path 21, the tip of the IC card 1 is abutted on an abutting part 22b. When the IC card is inserted furthermore, a dowel 22a in the moving piece 22 slides along a guide groove 11a against a spring 24. Thus, the lower end of the moving piece 22 moves to the back of the card insertion path 21 by approaching the card insertion path 21. The contact piece 23 of the moving piece 22 is brought into contact with the electrode of the IC card 1. In such a case, a reception part 22d receiving the lower end surface of the tip part of the card 1 is provided. When a warp occurs at the tip part of the card, the front side of the mover 22 rocks with the back-side as a center by stree in the card 1, which is generated by the warp. The reception part 22d receives the tip of the card 1.

摘要： PURPOSE: To miniaturize an electromagnetic solenoid in an appropriate size and to guarantee an operation which is stabilized for long time by providing a recessed fit part where a part of a card insertion port is recessed into a card insertion path. CONSTITUTION: An IC card reader 2 is provided with a casing that consists of a surrounding wall 3 whose front part is opened, a shallow dish-type cover 4 which covers the upper part of the surrounding wall 3 and in which rectangular window 4a is formed and a front member 5 blocking the front part of the surrounding wall 3, and that is formed by synthetic resins for the whole part. The front member 5 consists of an expansion part 5a expanding out to a front- side and the recessed fit part 5b which is recessed into the card insertion path. A slit-formed card insertion port 6 straddling the expansion part 5a and the recessed fit part 5b is pieraced. The card 1 is held in the card insertion path by the attraction of a magnet and the card 1 is discharged from the card insertion path by compulsorily discharging a part of the card exposed from the recessed fit part 5b against the attraction of the magnet. Then, a connection member is moved without engagement with other members at that time.

摘要： PURPOSE: To realize cleaning at all times without the need of special management by stretching the card abutting part-side of an abutting member by projecting an end part where the extension part of the abutting member is abutted on the terminating part of a card insertion path in a card returning direction. An engaging part 17a engaged to the front end surface of a mover 14 is projected at the upper end of the abutting member 17 which is supported to a pivot supporting part 14b by a shaft 16 so that is can freely rock, an abutting part 17b on which a card 1 is abutted is formed at the center part and the stretched part 17c stretched to the lower part of the guide window 20a of a bottom plate 20 is formed at a lower end. When the stretched part 17 of the abutting member 17 is collided with the end part 11 in the trailing end part of the card insertion path, the abutting member rocks and the move 14 farther from the end part 11 compared to the IC card 1 nearer to the end part moves much more.

Further, when the public telephone responses, a signal (a) is sent to the telephone to release locking of a lock mechanism 19. Consequently, complicated control is not required to prevent unlocking, and hence security can be improved.

SOLUTION: This electromagnetic device has a structure where an iron core 4 is fitted and fixed in an insertion hole 2a bored in a coil bobbin 2 wound with an exciting winding 3, and a permanent magnet 5 is provided so as to oppose to the upper end 4a of the iron core 4. The permanent magnet 5 is supported in a manner where it is capable of swinging freely through the intermediary of a lever 6 around a pivot 7 as a swing center which is located on a center line G-G. The sides of the permanent magnet 5 located in the direction of swing are each magnetized to an N pole and an S pole.
