摘要： PURPOSE:To make such wave force power generation as being stabilized all the time attainable, by lowering the setting pressure of a constant-pressurized tank when wave height is small but raising it up when the wave height is large enough, thereby controlling characteristics inherent in an air turbine. CONSTITUTION:A wave force power generating method feeds an air chamber 63 of a constant-pressurized tank 6 with air energy produced at a wave-height damping type energy absorber 1 converting wave energy into air energy, leading the air energy regulated hereat into a variable turbine 9 and driving a generator 10. in this case, a pressure gauge 3 is set up in the absorber 1 while a wave height gauge 5 in the seaside, respectively, whereby each output signal is inputted into a control unit 4. And, effective wave height is calculated at this control unit 4, and simultaneously air pressure in the constant-pressurized tank 6 suitable for this effective wave height is calculated as well, then on the basis of this calculation result, control valves 13 and 14 are controlled for their opening or closing. With this constitution, loading work 65 (water or the like) inside a loading chamber 64 is made to feed or drain, thereby regulating the setting pressure of the constant-pressurized tank.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a pressure setting value adjustable according to a variation in wave energy as well as to bring the long-term stabilization of wave force power generation to fruition, by installing a loading chamber in the upper part of an air chamber, while feeding or draining a specified quantity of loading work such as fluid or powdery granules, etc., to or from this loading chamber. CONSTITUTION:A wave force power generating set consisting of a constant-pressurized tank system leads air energy produced at an energy absorber converting wave force into the air energy into an air chamber 43 of a constant-pressurized tank 4' via an air feed pipe 3, then feeds the air energy being regulated hereat to an air turbine through a lead-out pipe 5 and drives a generator. In this case, a partition wall 46 is installed inside an air tank 42 of the constant-pressurized tank 4', and a loading chamber 47 is partitively formed in the upper part of the air chamber 43 whereby water 48 as loading work is housed inside the said chamber 47. And, each of control valves 52 and 53 is installed alongside in a feed water pipe 50 and a drain pipe 51, controlling these valves 52 and 53 for their opening or closing, and the water 48 inside the loading chamber 47 is fed or drained each whereby the setting pressure of the constant-pressurized tank 4' is regulated as specified.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an effective way to purify the entire water areas of lakes and marshes which receive waste water from the peripheral regions but cannot flow the water out through rivers or waterway by a method wherein water is drawn up from the lakes and marshes and supplied through a catalytic oxidation waterway into a water area for aquatic plant cultivation and jets of oxygen are applied into the water. CONSTITUTION:The inlet of a water area A is formed in a water area B for aquatic plant cultivation having an aeration device E installed therein and the boundary between the water areas A and B is set by a water-passable defining structure C. The water is flowed from a location sufficiently distant from the cultivation water area B through a downflow type catalytic oxidation waterway into the cultivation water area B. The water is desalted by the absorption of nutritive salt by the aquatic plant and sent back into the water area A and a circulation of the water is thus produced between these water areas to gradually decrease the concentration of the nutritive salt in the entire water areas, whereby the water can be purified gradually. By applying jets of oxygen into the cultivation water area, moreover, the nutritive salt is supplied sufficiently for absorption by the surface layer of pleuston and its absorbing power can be maintained at a satisfactory level.
