摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent generation of transverse dislocation in a large scale by making a vibro-preventive spring through folding of a sheet into bellows, setting the anisotropic characteristic and spring stiffness, and supporting a vibration excitor or a vibration receiver by vibro-preventive springs arranged in two directions in right angle to each other. CONSTITUTION:Ratio of the natural frequency of a vibro-preventive spring 5 in its plum direction to the one in horizontal direction can be calculated from the width of folding A in cm, the number of times of foldings N, depth L in cm, folding angle theta deg., plate thickness in cm, and properties of the material. The spring is given a form such that this ratio of natural frequencies becomes 50-100 as ideal. That is, this vibro-preventive spring 5 responds flexibly to externals forces with elastical deformation of each folded part and deflection of each folding piece as long as it corners the vertical direction. In the horizontal depth direction, a great resistance will be encounted with the material characteristics of the sheet and the depth dimension L. These anisotropic leaf springs 5 are installed in the directions in right angle to each other and support a vibration excitor or a vibration receiver, so that transmission of the vertical vibration is damped mildly and vibro-suppressed, and the horizontal displacement is counteracted strongly to prevent transverse dislocation.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of an earth retaining frame, and shorten a construction period by constructing a floor and a bean of a column base footing above a footing beam constructed on an excavating bottom surface after an earth retaining wall and a structural center column are constructed, and supporting the center column by a base isolation device by cutting it off in a part of a base isolation layer after a building upper load is supported by timbering. SOLUTION: After an earth retaining wall 1 and a structural center column 2 are constructed underground, a first story floor 4 and a beam 5 are constructed on a ground surface level. The, secondary excavation is performed, and a process to construct an underground first story floor 4' and a bean 5' is repeated, and a footing beam 7 is constructed on an excavating bottom surface in the stage when the ground is excavated up to the final excavating level. A floor 8 and a beam being a column base footing are constructed above the footing beam 7, and a base isolation layer 10 is formed between it and the footing beam 7. After an underground outer wall 13 and an underground story column 14 of a building are constructed in this stage, the building is supported by timbering 11 arranged between the footing beam 7 and a column base footing beam, and among the column 2, a part exposed to the base isolation layer 10 is cut off, and a base isolation device 12 is installed, and the timbering 11 is removed, and is replaced with support by the base isolation device 12.
