    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid tank 12 which achieves kinetic effects equivalent to those by underwater motion without using water. SOLUTION: A large amount of solid particle M is stored in the tank 12. Air is blown out of the bottom part of the tank 12 to fluidize the solid particle M so that the nature of the liquid state like that of water can be produced simulatively. The users in the solid particle M thus fluidized can gain a higher kinetic efficiency to exercise themselves with a limited burden on their bodies without being wetted as in the water. By regulating the amount of the air fed into the tank 12, the physical load imposed on the users in the solid particle M can be controlled to adjust the pressure, buoyance and resisting forces working on the users.
