摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decontaminate soil/ground water contaminated with an organochlorine compound with iron powder (including colloidal iron powder), and simultaneously to prevent degradation in the strength of the ground by work for purification.
SOLUTION: The decontaminating material for the soil contaminated with the organochlorine compound consists of powder or slurry formed by adding low-alkalinity cement of pH 11 to the iron powder (including colloidal iron powder). The decontaminating material may be prepared by adding aluminum powder to the above decontaminating material. Also the decontaminating material may be prepared by adding a thickening material slurry to the slurry prepared by adding water to the above decontaminating materials. The amount of the low-alkalinity cement is defined as 10 to 50 kg per ±1 m
3 soil. The size of the aluminum powder is defined as ≤200 μm, and the amount thereof to be added is set on 0.1 to 2 kg (more preferably 0.5 to 1 kg) per ±1 m
3 soil.

A water guiding pipe 4 to connect the flat water tank 3 to the inner part of the closed water zone 1 is provided, and the ocean water stored in the flat water tank 3 at a high water level by utilizing the high tide and high wave is sent into the inner part of the closed water zone 1 by utilizing the water level difference during a low tide.

The expansion and contraction resultant deformations of the flexible sheet 2 fore the living creatures sticking on the surface to be deformed, thereby forming various-sized cracks so that the deposited living creatures may be easily separated and removed.

A drain pipe 11 is provided branching off from the intermediate part between the changeover valve 8 and the control device 1 having the turbidity sensor, and when the suspended material over the decided turbidity is detected by means of the control device 1, the changeover valve 8 is closed and the pumped water of high turbidity in suspended material is discharged outward through the drain pipe 11, and the pumped water under the decided turbidity is returned to the recharge well 3 through the water filling pipe 10. Hereby, clogging of the recharge well is possibly prevented, the condensation capacity of the recharge well can be favorably maintained for a long time, pit excavation or building of foundation is performed safely and surely, so that contribution to building of a structure of high workability, quality, and reliability, may be realized.

Since the structure 1 is kept in the appropriate submerged depth position utilizing the buoyancy of the buoyancy body 4 in relation to the fluctuation of the tide level, wave dissipating function can be displayed effectively so as to dissipate waves always effectively.
